Whole Orange Blender Cake

sweet orange

eggs (, room temperature)

vegetable oil ((80 ml))

sugar

self raising flour * ((250 gr))

all purpose flour ((250 g))

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

Add all ingredients into a blender jar and blend into a smooth mixture and pour it into a bowl.

Wet Ingredients

Add flour into the mixture and mix everything together. You can use a spatula or a hand whisk. Do not over mix to avoid dense cake.

* If you&#039;re making your own self rising flour, mix all purpose flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and use that flour mixture instead.

Dry Ingredient

Pour the batter into a 5x9 inch (13x23 cm) loaf pan, previously greased and floured. Bake in a preheated oven on the 2/3 lower rack, using upper and lower heat, at 340ºF (170ºC) for 40 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out almost clean.

Remove from the oven and cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!

- Use SWEET RIPE orange, not bland orange
- Don’t use orange with seeds
- Don’t use orange with thick skin
- Don’t blend the ingredients too long, just enough for the orange to be blended through

- If you don’t like the natural bitterness of freshly squeezed orange juice

Did you know if you put a whole orange in a blender you can make the most epic cake? If you have been looking for an easy and moist orange cake, you’ve come to the right place. All the ingredients are combined in a blender, making this whole orange cake one of the simplest cakes.

avocado oil spray

eggs (at room temperature)

avocado oil (175 milliliters)

sugar (200 grams)

orange

lemon extract (5 grams)

all-purpose flour (250 grams)

salt (3 grams)

sugar (for dusting (optional))

Please check if the baking powder or flour is expired prior to starting.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with baking spray. You can use a bigger size pan as well, but the cake will be larger and thinner, so you may need to adjust the baking time.

Add all of the ingredients to a high-power blender, starting with the wet ingredients. Be sure to add the wet ingredients first so that the blender doesn&#39;t get stuck. Blend for 20-30 to seconds or until a thick pourable batter forms. Do NOT over-blend.

Pour the batter into the lined pan and bake on the middle rack for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean 2 inches from the side.

Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes. Take the cake out of the loaf pan and once it has cooled, dust the cake with powdered sugar, if using. Enjoy!

Blender Banana Cake Recipe

bananas (overripe)

ml milk

lemon juice

eggs (large)

vanilla

120 ml light olive oil

½ tsp baking soda

salt

cinnamon

all-purpose flour

brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8-inch square pan.

In a blender, combine bananas, milk, lemon juice, eggs, vanilla, olive oil, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, flour, and brown sugar.

Blend for 15 seconds. Scrape down the sides and blend for an additional 5 seconds.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes. Test with a skewer; it should come out clean.

Remove the cake from the oven and place the pan on a wire cooling rack. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer the cake to the wire rack to cool completely before frosting.

Banana Cake

In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese. Sift powdered sugar over the cream cheese using a mesh strainer.

Add vanilla extract and mix until smooth and well combined.

Frost the completely cooled cake with the cream cheese frosting. You can pipe or dollop it on as desired.
