Blueberry crisp is quick and so easy to make. It has a juicy blueberry filling topped with a crunchy buttery sweet topping. It is like a blueberry pie without a bottom crust. 

Blueberry Crisp

flour

butter

sugar (granulated)

salt

vanilla extract

baking powder

blueberries

sugar

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Place blueberries in a large bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of flour and sugar over berries - toss blueberries to coat with flour and sugar.

Place the blueberry mixture in a buttered 8&quot; by 8&quot; baking dish.

For the crisps topping, cream flour, butter, sugar, salt, and baking powder with a pastry blender. Then stir the vanilla extract into the mixture.

Sprinkle the crumbled topping over the blueberry mixture.

Place the baking dish in a preheated oven and bake for 45 to 55 minutes.

The topping will be golden brown when it is ready.

Transfer baked crisp to a wire rack to cool for 30 minutes before serving.

BEST Recipe for Blueberry Crisp

½ tbsp corn starch

tbsp sugar

lemon

lemon juice

oats

oat flour ((gluten-free if needed))

almonds,

+ 1 tbsp melted coconut oil

Pre-heat oven to 350ºF (180ºC).

Prepare the blueberry filling by adding all of the ingredients into a bakin dish - blueberries, corn starch, sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest. Mix well.

To make the crisp topping, mix the dry ingredients to a bowl- oat flour, roleld oats, sugar, chopped almonds and salt.

Next, add melted coconut oil and mix once more, until everything is well coated.

Top the bluebery filling. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until top is golden.

Let cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
