No Bake Peanut Butter Breakfast Cheesecakes

low fat cottage cheese (250 grams)

tbsp low fat plain yoghurt

almond milk

water

tbsp gelatine powder

peanut butter OR peanut butter

tsp vanilla extract

Place gelatine in the 1/2 cup almond milk and let it sit for 5 mins

Place all ingredients for filling (all the ingredients except for almond milk &amp; hot water) in a bowl and combine well. Pour into a high speed blender.

Pour 1/2 a cup of boiling water over the almond milk gelatine mixture and stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into the blender along with the cheesecake mixture and blend until combined well.

Pour into the jar or glass and refrigerate until it sets ) roughly 1-2 hours.

Store in fridge, best served chilled.

Millionaire shortbread cheesecake

oat flour

butter

powdered

smooth low fat cottage cheese (250 grams)

Mix ingredients until it forms a thick caramel. Top it on top of your set cheesecakes.

For the caramel

Mix all ingredients, pour it over your caramel layer and allow to set for a further 5-10 minutes before enjoying!

For the chocolate

This is perfect for if you’re looking for a recipe that will take you no more than 5 minutes (from start to end) and want a ‘baked’ cheesecake recipe! It could be made in the oven (which takes a drop longer but makes it a fluffier texture) or in your microwave. Packed with protein, this is the perfect sweet snack!

5 Minute Protein Cheesecake In a Mug

Low fat smooth cottage cheese (OR cream cheese (250 grams))

lemon juice

Line a ramekin or mug with non stick spray.

Combine all ingredients in your mug/ramekin.

Microwave at 30 second intervals ( to make sure cheesecake mixture doesn&#039;t bubble over for 3-4 minutes. Cheesecake should still have a slight jiggle in the middle

Take out and allow to cool. Eat immediately (if you like it warm) or place in fridge to firm up.

In the microwave

Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden at the top and jiggly on the inside.
