Preheat your grill or nonstick skillet.

In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, seasoning, parmesan and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until just combined. Form into patties.

Grill or pan-fry patties until brown on both sides and cooked through, about 8 to 10 minutes. In the last 2 minutes, place the cheddar cheese on top of each burger. Place burgers on the buns and top with a drizzle of ranch and buffalo wing dressing. Top with lettuce. Serve with carrots, celery and extra ranch for dipping!

If you like buffalo wings or buffalo chicken dip you'll love these buffalo chicken burgers! Smothered with crumbled blue cheese, buffalo sauce, and crispy bacon, these are loaded with savory and spicy flavors.

To make the chicken burger mixture, in a large bowl combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, ranch dressing, hot sauce, scallions, breadcrumbs, and the egg. Mix well until everything is combine. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, this well help the mixture firm up a bit and will be easier to work with and form the patties.

While the chicken is chilling in the fridge, cook the strips of bacon in a frying pan over medium to medium high heat. Flip occasionally until they&#8217;re cooked just the way you like them, I like my bacon crispy so I cooked mine for 10 minutes. Then remove from the pan and let dry on a paper towel lined plate.

Once the chicken has chilled for 30 minutes, form into 4 equal sized burger patties. In a large frying pan, drizzle a the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the 4 burger patties to the hot pan and press down in the center of each patty to form an indentation. This will prevent the patties from puffing up and turning into meatballs. Cook on the first side for 5 minutes, then flip the burgers and cook an additional 6 minutes. During the two minutes of cooking, top each burger with a generous amount of crumbled blue cheese, then cover the pan to help the cheese melt a bit. Internal temp of chicken should reach 165 degrees.

To serve, place the chicken burger on the bottom half of the buns, drizzle with buffalo sauce, top with a slice of bacon, Iceberg lettuce, then the top half of the bun. You can add more ranch dressing too if you&#8217;d like!

Made low carb with pork rinds instead of breadcrumbs. No bun! Turned out delicious! Husband even loved and he doesn’t care for chicken.

Amazing! Quick too. I left out the bacon just because of personal preference. This is a keeper.

Chicken burgers flavored with tangy cream cheese and buffalo hot sauce.

Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Burgers

oz cream cheese, room temp

mozzarella cheese

tbsp franks red hot sauce

ghee/coconut oil/tallow

Shred or chop up the cooked chicken breast and add to a medium sized bowl along with the remaining ingredients.

Using a spatula or fork combine everything until fully incorporated. Microwaving it for 15-20 seconds can help melt everything down and form together better.

Once fully incorporated, form 2 medium sized patties and place them on a plate. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Heat a medium skillet over high heat and add some fat to the pan (1/4 inch thick layer should be good enough).

Add in the frozen burgers and cook 2-3 minutes on each side, until browned and crispy. Serve immediately!

These taste awesome! I made small 2oz burgers and used canned chicken. I have more cans so I am going to make more and freeze for quick snacks. Maybe tomorrow I will share with the family. Thank you for the recipe!
