Quick and easy – these buffalo chicken strips are spicy and delicious! I like to serve them with my homemade skinny blue cheese dressing and celery sticks on the side for a hot and spicy appetizer.

Skinny Buffalo Chicken Strips

Combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder and black pepper in a medium bowl.

Season chicken with spices and toss to evenly coat the chicken.

Heat half of the oil in a large non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat, when hot add half of the chicken and cook until golden, about 3-4 minutes, turn chicken and cook until center is no longer pink.

Set aside; repeat with remaining oil and chicken.

Pour the hot sauce over the chicken tossing well.

Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing if desired.

You won&#039;t miss the breading, because these Buffalo Chicken Tenders are full of flavor! They are marinated in ranch seasoning and pan fried, then tossed in a rich, buttery, buffalo sauce to make these some of the quickest, easiest, and most delicious chicken tenders in no time flat!

Saucy Buffalo Chicken Tenders (No Breading)

Combine the chicken tenders, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and the ranch seasoning and toss until the chicken is evenly coated.

Heat remaining oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, place chicken tenderloins in a single layer on the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes without stirring or flipping, then flip, reduce heat to low, and cover. Cook for 3-4 additional minutes, until the chicken reaches 165˚F internal temperature.

Remove chicken from skillet and let rest.

Combine melted butter and hot sauce in a small bowl to make the buffalo sauce. Allow to cool slightly to thicken, then toss the chicken in the buffalo sauce.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°). Line a baking sheet with parchment and place a wire rack on top. Spray with cooking spray and set aside.

Make the chicken: Remove any visible fat or tendons from the chicken tenderloins, pat dry, and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Prepare three bowls for the breading station. In the first, mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. In the second, beat the eggs and 2 tablespoons of hot sauce until well combined. In the third, add the panko breadcrumbs.

Dredge each chicken strip in the flour and shake off any excess. Then, dip in the egg, followed by the breadcrumbs. Press to adhere and place on a plate while you finish dipping the chicken.

Warm 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side. Add more oil as needed.

Transfer the chicken to the wire rack on the baking sheet. When all the chicken is crispy, place the tray in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Make the sauce: While the chicken is baking, warm the Buffalo sauce, butter, and garlic powder in a small saucepan until smooth.

As soon as the chicken tenders come out of the oven, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce over the top and toss gently until well-coated.

Serve the crispy Buffalo chicken tenders immediately with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Enjoy!
