These hot honey buffalo chicken wraps are so crispy and crunchy and delicious! Baked crispy chicken tenders, hot honey buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, cheese and crisp romaine all wrapped in a warm tortilla!

Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Wraps

chicken tenders

eggs (lightly beaten)

panko breadcrumbs

¾ cup buffalo wing sauce

unsalted butter

honey

burrito-size tortillas, (warmed)

romaine lettuce greens

blue cheese

ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a wire rack. Spray the wire rack with nonstick (or olive oil/coconut oil/avocado oil) spray. This is key so the breading sticks to the chicken!

Line up 3 bowls or large plates. Put the flour in one, the eggs in the second and stir together both breadcrumbs in the third.

Sprinkle the chicken all over with salt, pepper and garlic powder, covering both sides. Dip each piece of chicken in the flour, covering completely. Then dip in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently so the crumbs adhere. Place each chicken piece on the sprayed wire rack.

Bake the chicken for 12 minutes, then gently flip and bake for 12 to 15 minutes more.

While the chicken is baking, mix up the sauce. Combine the buffalo wing sauce, butter and honey in a saucepan. Heat until the butter melts. Whisk it to combine.

When the chicken is done, remove it from the oven. Brush it with the wing sauce all over.

Now it’s time to build your wrap! Heat the tortilla in the microwave for a few minutes or even the oven for 1 minute. Place a handful of lettuce in the center of the wrap. Top it with 1 or 2 pieces of chicken. Sprinkle on 1 to 2 tablespoons of blue cheese (or you can use cheddar!). Drizzle on 1 to 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing. Fold up the top and the bottom of the tortilla, then rolls the sides in tightly to wrap it up.

Serve with extra wing sauce, ranch, carrots, celery and/or chips!

These homemade Buffalo Chicken Wraps are a delicious and easy lunch, snack or fun appetizer. Chicken marinated in buffalo sauce and topped with a creamy dressing and wrapped in a tortilla!

cream cheese ((1/2 block), softened to room temperature)

mayonnaise

blue cheese dressing ((or ranch dressing))

flour tortillas (burrito size)

iceberg lettuce

Add the chicken to a large bowl and pour in the hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and pour in the olive oil.

Add the chicken and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through (internal temperature of the chicken should be 165F degrees)

Remove the chicken from the pan and turn the heat up to allow the hot sauce to reduce a bit.

In the meantime, slice the chicken into strips, add it back into the pan and toss it in the reduced sauce.

Remove the pan from the heat to cool a bit.

Mix the cream cheese until smooth then add the mayonnaise and blue cheese dressing and stir to combine.

Heat the tortillas in the microwave and spread about 2 tablespoons of the blue cheese mix into the center of the tortillas, then add a handful of the lettuce, then a handful of cheese and finally 3-4 slices of chicken.

Fold up the bottom and top of the tortilla, then roll the wrap up and add a few toothpicks to each side before slicing in half.

Serve immediately with carrots or celery (optional)

Quick &amp; Easy Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Wraps

Step OnePlace the chicken breasts into the Instant Pot. Top with the buffalo sauce, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix. Stir everything together until it's combined and the dried ranch dressing mix is incorporated into the liquid.

Set your Instant Pot on high pressure and set the cooking time to 10 minutes. After the cooking time has completed, allow the pressure cooker to perform a natural release for 5 minutes. (After 5 minutes, you can manually release any remaining pressure.)

Step TwoWhile the chicken is cooking, set out the flour tortillas and prepare the toppings.

Step ThreeOnce the buffalo chicken has finished cooking, remove it from the Instant Pot, shred it, and return it to the buffalo sauce, giving it a stir to coat.

Assemble the wraps by layering whatever combination of lettuce, carrots, avocado, and chicken suits your tastes inside the tortilla shell. Wrap everything up, secure it with a toothpick if you'd like, and serve.

Shredded Buffalo Chicken Wraps

4x 10" Flour Tortilla Wraps

(~300 grams) Cooked Shredded Chicken ((see notes))

/ 125 milliliters Buffalo Sauce, (or as needed (see notes))

tbsp Blue Cheese Sauce ((see notes))

Carrot, (peeled, grated and squeezed with your hands to remove moisture)

Iceberg Lettuce, (finely sliced)

Red Cabbage, (finely sliced)

In a medium-sized bowl, combine 2 packed cups (~300g) shredded chicken with 1/2cup/125ml buffalo sauce.

Lay out your wraps and in the bottom centre stack in this order: blue cheese sauce, lettuce, carrot, cabbage, buffalo chicken.

Fold over the bottom of the wrap to cover the filling. Fold in the sides and tightly roll into a mini burrito/wrap. Enjoy!
