These jumbo cookies are large and in charge, packed with chocolate-peanut-butter sticky bliss. It&#039;ll be hard to share these ones.

Butterfinger Cookies

cake flour (2 1/4 cups)

all-purpose flour (2 cups)

baking soda

baking powder

Kosher salt

unsalted butter (2 1/2 sticks at room temperature*)

light brown sugar (1 1/4 cups packed)

granulated white sugar (1 cup plus 3 tablespoons)

eggs

vanilla extract

Butterfinger baking bits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line insulated baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Sift flours, baking soda, baking powder and salt into a bowl with a wire whisk. Set aside.

In bowl of electric mixer, cream together butter and sugars until very light, about five minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.

With mixer on low, add dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Stir in Butterfinger baking bits with rubber spatula.

Scoop dough into balls using an ice cream scoop onto sheet. Bake 14-19 minutes.

As soon as you remove the baking sheet from the oven, use a spatula to shape the outer edge of the cookies to make them nice, round, and even.

Allow cookies to cool on sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling racks to cool completely.

Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookies are soft, thick, and chewy peanut butter cookies loaded with creamy peanut butter, peanut butter chips, and chopped Butterfinger candy bars.

Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cookies

(2 sticks) butter (softened)

sugar

brown sugar

peanut butter

all-purpose flour

peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare cookie sheets by lining with parchment paper, silpat liner or cooking spray.

In a large bowl with a handheld mixer, or the bowl of a stand mixer, add the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Mix together until it is well combined and light in color. Add in eggs and vanilla extract. Blend together.

Add flour and baking soda into the bowl and mix to combine together. I found this easiest to do with a wooden spoon (it will take a few minutes&nbsp; because the dough is thicker). When the flour is almost incorporated, add in the peanut butter chips and crushed Butterfingers. Mix just until combined.

Roll cookie dough into a ball, about 1-2 tablespoons of dough (size of a golf ball), or use a medium cookie scoop to scoop the dough and then roll into a ball. Place 12 cookies per cookie sheet.

Bake for 9-11 minutes.Cookies do not spread much while baking. When the cookies are done they will be puffy and thick looking. You don&#039;t want to overbake peanut butter cookies because they will be dry if overcooked. Remember that the cookies will cook slightly more while cooling. I have never baked these cookies longer than 9 minutes.

Let cookies cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes and then remove to a wire rack. You can leave cookies thick &amp; puffy, or press a few additional peanut butter chips/Butterfinger chunks on tops of the cookies to gently press the cookie down.

Butterfinger Cookies are deliciously soft and chewy with crispy candy pieces in every bite. The perfect peanut butter and chocolate treat!

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a couple of baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, mix the butter and peanut butter together until smooth.

Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar and cream until combined.

Stir in the egg and vanilla and mix well.

Add the flour, salt, and baking soda and mix until soft dough forms. Stir in 1/2 cup of butterfinger pieces and mix well.

Use a two tablespoon cookie scoop to create cookie dough balls.

Place the cookie dough balls about 2” apart on the baking sheet and bake for 9 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and shape the cookies with a cookie cutter. You can place a cookie cutter on the baking sheet and swirl it around the cookie to help make the cookies perfectly round.

Top the cookies with remaining butterfinger pieces and let cool for at least 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a cooling rack.
