This easy cannoli pie is a no bake dessert that&#39;s perfect for a celebration! An incredible cannoli pie with ricotta and cream cheese, and a spiced cannoli pie crust.

Cannoli Pie - No Bake Recipe with Creamy Ricotta Filling

graham cracker crumbs

cinnamon

cocoa powder

sugar

tbsp salted butter (melted)

oz whole milk ricotta (strained*)

oz full-fat cream cheese (room temperature)

oz finely chopped dark chocolate (semisweet or bittersweet)

tsp orange zest

pistachios and powdered sugar (for topping)

Strain

Strain ricotta by wrapping in paper towels in a bowl for 30-40 minutes, changing paper towels every ten minutes.

Crust

Combine graham cracker crumbs, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and sugar in a bowl.  Add melted butter and mix well until everything is well saturated with butter and holds together when pressed.

Press

Press crumb mixture into bottom and sides of tart pan, being sure to press into the grooves. Place pan in freezer to chill crust while you make filling.

Beat

In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.  Add ricotta and mix until smooth and creamy. Mix in powdered sugar.

Fold

Gently fold in chocolate and orange zest until well combined.

Spread

Spread filling into chilled crust and smooth top.

Chill

Wrap with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Decorate

Just before serving, sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dust lightly with powdered sugar.

Delicious, creamy Cannoli Dip is the perfect sweet treat for your next get together. Made with just 5 ingredients, this delicious dip is better than classic Cannolis and SO much easier! The perfect no bake dessert!

Cannoli Dip

ricotta cheese (drained)

mascarpone cheese (cream cheese can be substituted)

vanilla extract

mini semi sweet chocolate chips

graham chocolate

Combine ricotta cheese and mascarpone cheese together in a medium mixing bowl and using a hand mixer, mix on medium high speed for several minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and beat until combined and smooth. (Start on low speed to avoid a powdered sugar shower...)

Fold in all but two tablespoons of the mini chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. The dip is best after 1 hour but can be served in as little as 15 minutes if need be.

Just before serving, sprinkle on reserved chocolate chips and dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve with desired dippers and enjoy!

Five-ingredient homemade cannoli dip is quick and easy to make in just 15 minutes! It&#039;s perfect for game day or holiday entertaining!

Best Cannoli Dip

(425 g) whole milk

(226 g) mascarpone cheese ((one 8 ounce package))

(185 g) confectioners' sugar (sifted)

(165 g) mini chocolate chips, (plus extra for sprinkling on top)

Cannoli chips

Drain ricotta cheese

Place mesh strainer on top of a medium bowl. Line strainer with cheesecloth. Transfer ricotta cheese to the cheesecloth and use a spatula to press the cheese against the cloth and drain the liquid. Discard the excess liquid that dripped into the bowl below.

Combine ingredients

In a medium bowl using a hand mixer, beat ricotta cheese and mascarpone together until smooth. Slowly add the confectioners&#39; sugar and vanilla. Continue to mix until the sugar is completely incorporated. With a rubber spatula or large spoon, fold the mini chocolate chips into the cheese mixture.

Chill and serve

Cover the bowl in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes or up to two days. Before serving, sprinkle any remaining chocolate chips on top if desired. Serve with pizzelle cookies or broken waffle cones to scoop cannoli dip and enjoy!
