Form 2-ounce balls in the palm of your hand.

Bake

Arrange in a glass baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked and juices run. I use a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) glass dish. If you have something smaller, pack the balls in snuggly. It’s fine if the meatballs touch slightly while cooking.

Serve

Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Serve warm.

I hate shredded mozzarella because it's always part skim and usually buy the full fat mozz, which would probably make the meatballs too watery. Otherwise they sound great.  What about using full fat ricotta cheese in them as opposed to the mozz?

Keto &amp; Carnivore are two totally different diets. Yes, similar but different! Garlic and Italian seasonings are not carnivore. Delicious recipes even if those are left out. The title of recipe and link are misleading if you’re searching for carnivore exclusively.

Great recipe ideas, thanks for sharing. I made the egg base, then poured half of it in a bowl, and added the ground beef, more cheese and filled 6 greased muffin cups. I took the rest of the egg mixture, and put cut up deli ham, and more cheese, filled the other 6 cups. Cooked them. I put 3 eggs in a bowl, shredded cheese, and room temperature cream cheese, mixed with a fork. I used drained pickled jalapeno peppers, cut them up small pieces, and mixed them in the egg cheese mixture. I lined a 8x8 pan parchment paper, ( I should have oiled it) and poured in in, baked at 350° until browned. I'm going to make bacon egg cheese, muffins, also substitute with  sausage, and the Buffalo chicken.  So many ideas! I'm going to make taco flavored meat cups, and ground beef philly cheese cups.
