No fruit smoothies are a thing! This chocolate cauliflower smoothie is thick and creamy without any added sugar or fruit.

Malted Chocolate Cauliflower Smoothie

chocolate protein powder (I like Nuzest)

almond milk

frozen riced cauliflower

maca powder

Tablespoon cacao nibs

Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle a few extra cacao nibs on top and serve.

Hi Brittany :-) that’s a great idea :-) I have been adding veggies such as Raw grated zucchini, baked pumpkin to my breakfast oatmeal for the volume 😆🙂 as well as in my protein pancakes. 
I love broccoli and cauliflower And this looks like an excellent idea. Is the frozen cauliflower raw  or do you cook it previously? I’ve tried my “nice cream” with frozen peas but your idea sounds more sugar free friendly! ❤️

I made this because I was so intrigued how cauliflower in a smoothie could possible be good! Hah but it was sooo good! I had it after a light dinner and it tasted like a dessert. You can’t even tell cauliflower is in it. My husband even wanted his own after tasting mine. Highly recommend!

You only need six ingredients for this delicious and easy Peanut Butter Cauliflower Smoothie that is vegan and dairy-free. Serve this for breakfast or as a satisfying snack. 

Peanut Butter Cauliflower Smoothie

cauliflower

banana

peanut butter

vanilla extract

Medjool dates

Combine the almond milk, cauliflower florets, banana, peanut butter, vanilla, and dates in the pitcher of a high-speed blender.

Process for about 30 seconds, or until the ingredients are combined.

I use a scoop of ALL in One Purely Inspired
1 cup cauliflower 
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
1/2 C Water

This smoothie tastes like a Peanut Butter Milkshake. It is delicious!!!!

Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding more milk as needed if using more than 1 frozen ingredient. Optionally sweeten with honey, to taste.

Creamy Blueberry Cauliflower Smoothie

cauliflower rice

water

oat milk (or milk of choice)

blueberries

almond butter or peanut butter (can sub sunflower butter to make nut free)

chia seeds (optional)

Combine frozen cauliflower, water, and milk in your blender. Blend until smooth and cauliflower is totally pureed.

Add remaining ingredients to your blender. Blend on high until smooth. Add more water a little at a time if needed to reach desired consistency.

Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.

It’s a hit with my toddler! I have a cheap personal size blender &amp; 1/4 of this recipe fit perfectly. 

I looked forward to this smoothie being creamy and dreamy, and easy to win over my 3 and 5 yr old. It disappointed on every level, even with my industrial vitamix. While my dietician promised frozen cauliflower goes unnoticed flavor wise and makes it creamier than ever I can assure you that did not happen, with immediate “YUCK!”s from my girls. I gave it a taste and have to agree.

I made this smoothie, but I'm having it as an afternoon snack. Instead of using almond butter, I used unsweeten almond powder (only has 1g of sugar and is only 45 Cal) I also used unsweeten almond milk. However, I did add 1 Tsp Honey and some cinnamon. It taste wonderful. I love it!

Not going to lie, I was hesitant to try this one because of the cauliflower and all of the ingredients… that just didn’t seem like they’d go together. Happy to say I was wrong. It’s creamy, delicious, not too milky, and the color is a beautiful purple… which happens to be my super-picky almost four year olds favorite color. He tried two whole sips, which for him, is miraculous. Soooo happy! Thank you!!
