It is mostly eaten for dinner, but suitable for lunch and breakfast. It is also preferable for functions, meetings, gatherings and also a family food.

Cheese Pizza

All purpose Flour

tsp Yeast

Sugar

150 ml Lukewarm Water

Salt

Tomatoes

Water

tsp Oil

Garlic Cloves

Onion

tsp Basil

tsp Chili Paste

Oregano

½ tsp Chili Flakes

tsp Tomato Sauce

tsp Butter

Mozarella Cheese

Black Pepers / Capsicum

Black Olives

Mushrooms

Pepper Powder

Take a bowl and put flour, yeast, sugar, salt.

Then mix well them.

Next, add oil and mix.

Mix the dough mixture adding little by little luke warm water.

Knead the dough perfectly.

Spread the flour on a flat surface.

Then, transfer the dough to the flat surface and continue kneading until it becomes the correct consistency. The dough must be smooth with no lumps and no cracks.

Place the dough in a bowl, close the bowl and set ti aside for at least one hour to rise.

Making Pizza Dough

Cut x shape thinly top of the tomatoes.

Cut garlic cloves and onions into small pieces.

Take a pot and put tomatoes and water.

Then boil the tomatoes about 3 minutes.

After boiling, remove the peels of tomatoes.

Blend 3 tomatoes and make a paste.

Remove seeds and chop another tomatoes.

Take a pot and put oil to it. then, heat on medium fire.

Then put garlic, onion, chopped tomatoes and mix well.

Then add tomato paste, basil, sugar, chili powder, oregano, chili flakes and salt.

Mix well them.

After 5 minutes, add tomato sauce, butter and mix well.

Making Pizza Sauce

Preheat the oven on high temperature.

Grate the mozzarella cheese into long rows.

Cut bellpeppers / capsicum into rows.

Cut onions into rows.

Cut black olives into small pieces.

Take the dough and flat it.

Take the pizza tray, put the dough.

Then flatten again the dough until the tray covers.

The dough must be thin in the middle and thicker on the edges.

Then, spread the pizza sauce on the dough.

Cover the middle of the dough with greated mozzarella cheese.

Put bellpeppers/capsicum, olives, mushrooms, onions, pepper powder on the mozzarella cheese layer.

Brush some olive oil on the edges.

Again add mozzarella cheese as a layer.

Place the pizza in the preheated oven.

Bake the pizza at a high temperature about 10 minutes.

It is not bake perfectly, again place the pizza to bake foe 5 minutes.

Ready the pizza and cut traingular shaped pieces.

Eat the pizza now.

This Extra Cheesy Speck and Mushroom Pizza is to die for! Get prepared for the most delicious pizza you've ever tasted and it couldn't be easier!

Cheesy Speck and Mushroom Pizza

(500 grams) 00' flour

sachet of fast action dried yeast

10.8 fl oz (320 ml) lukewarm water

tsp sugar

salt (for seasoning)

semolina flour or polenta (for dusting)

8.8 oz (250 grams) sour cream

oz (90 grams) speck slices ((or prosciutto))

chestnut mushrooms

5.6 oz (160 grams) fontal cheese (grated (you can also use Gruyere))

garlic

salt and pepper (for seasoning)

Add the yeast to the lukewarm water with 1/2 tsp sugar for 2 minutes. Combine the flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the water/yeast mixture whilst mixing the dough together with your hands or a metal spoon until you have obtained a dough. If it's too sticky you can gradually add a little more flour.

Dust a clean work surface with a little flour and knead the dough for around 10 minutes until it's silky smooth and soft. If you lightly press your finger on the ball of dough it should spring back up easily. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a large clean bowl and rub all over until the bowl is coated. Shape the dough into a ball and place in the bowl, rub the top of the dough with a tiny amount of olive oil. Cover with cling film and leave in a warm place for at least 3 hours until doubled in size.

When you are ready to make the pizzas pre-heat the oven to 225°C.

Divide the dough in half roughly with your hands. Lightly dust a work surface with flour and begin to roll out your first half of dough. The pizzas can be made round or rectangle depending on your baking trays. Roll out the dough as thin as possible without tearing around 30cm in diameter. Lightly dust the baking/pizza trays with semolina then place the dough on the tray, repeat with the second half of dough on a separate tray.

For the topping add the grated cheese, sour cream and crushed/grated garlic to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together until thoroughly combined. Divide the mixture between the two pizza bases and spread out evenly. Top each pizza with layers of speck and then finely sliced mushroom. Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes until the base is crisp and cheese bubbling and melting.

Preheat oven to 250°C / 480°F (230°C fan). Allow time to get it nice and hot!!

Garlic infused oil - Mix olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside to infuse with flavour for 10 minutes.

Pizza base - Make and roll out chosen pizza base, stretch onto pan.

Top - Spread oil (and all garlic) onto the base, leaving the crust baked. Sprinkle with salt, parmesan then mozzarella. (If using no-yeast base, spray/brush exposed crust with olive oil.)

Bake 8 minutes, turning after 4 minutes, or until the the cheese has golden spots. Cut and eat, stat!
