Christmas Tree Cheeseball

(4 ounces) diced pimientos, (drained)

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fully. Beat in cheddar cheese, onions, pimientos, butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.&nbsp;

Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Roll and press the cheese ball mixture into the shape of a Christmas tree.&nbsp;

Garnish first with the cherry tomato halves, then add parsley, followed by the sliced almonds and peppers.&nbsp;

Serve with assorted crackers and pretzels.

Easy Hawaiian Dip

cream cheese, softened

sour cream

crushed pineapple, drained (reserve 1/4 cup of juice, set aside)

ham, chopped

bacon

green onions, chopped

Salt & pepper

Crackers

Blend together cream cheese, sour cream, and pineapple juice in a large bowl. Spread mixture into a pie pan.

Top cream cheese mixture with the shredded cheese, crushed pineapple, chopped ham, bacon pieces, and green onion.

Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serving suggestion: Ritz crackers, chips, veggies

Easter Carrot Cheese Ball

oz Cream Cheese (softened)

pkt Ranch Dressing Mix

oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese (divided)

tbsp Worchestershire Sauce

Bacon (cooked and chopped)

Paprika

Beat cream cheese and Ranch dressing mix until fluffy.

Add 4 ounces of shredded cheese, bacon, paprika, and worchestershire to the mixture.

Stir until combined.

Place the mixture onto plastic wrap and form into the shape of a carrot.

Transfer to desired serving dish.

Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese, lightly pressing into the cheese ball.

Poke the Parsley stems into the top of the carrot.

Refrigerate for approx 30 minutes before serving.

Serve with veggies or crackers.

Mix all ingredients other than the pecans together until well combined, I use my Kitchenaid stand mixer. With damp hands roll the mixture into a ball and then roll in chopped pecans. Wrap it in wax paper and put it in the fridge to chill and firm up a bit.

Decorate: To make the turkey “feathers” stick your pretzel sticks into the back 1/2 of the cheese ball. To create mr. gobblers head take a stick of beef jerky and “glue” a whopper candy on top with melted chocolate or icing. You can see in the video I put melted chocolate into a plastic bag and then clipped the end. I find that the melted chocolate creates a very strong “glue” once it is dried. Sometimes I even attach the whopper and then put it in the fridge to get it nice and attached before I move on to the rest of the face. Then attach the nose and eyes also with the chocolate. We made the gobbler by cutting a little strip of fruit roll up and then laying it over the candy corn, no need for glue. See the photos below for a step-by-step photo tutorial or the video above!

Ever been around a real cheeseball? They go for cheap laughs. They dress like idiots. They are, generally speaking, lame. Well, not this cheeseball. It's got great taste. It’s fun to be around. And while it’s really cheesy, it doesn’t tell corny that's what she said jokes.

SPAM® Cheeseball

SPAM® Classic

Cheddar cheese

cream cheese

dehydrated onion flakes, crumbled

dry mustard

chili powder

fresh parsley, chopped

crackers

In a food processor, finely chop the SPAM® Classic.

In a medium bowl, combine the SPAM® Classic, shredded cheese, cream cheese, onion flakes, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and chili powder, mixing together well.

Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.

Shape the cheese mixture into a ball and wrap it in wax paper; refrigerate until serving time.

When ready to serve, roll the cheeseball in parsley and paprika. Place on a serving tray and surround with crackers.

This cheeseball with dried beef is a low-carb and keto-friendly appetizer when served with celery, baby bell peppers, or low-carb crackers.

beef (AKA chipped beef)

Allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature.

Chop the dried beef into small pieces.

Ina bowl, combine the cream cheese, Worcestershire Sauce, green onion, andone-third of the dried beef. Add black pepper if desired.

Shape into a ball, and coat with the dried beef pieces.  Chill until needed.

Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to soften.

1 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped

Directions
Chop dried Beef. Save about 1/4 cup for rolling later. Soften cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball, and roll in reserved beef chips. Chill until needed. Set out about 30 minutes before serving time to soften.

Two Easy Cheese Ball Recipes

Creepy, crawly, and delicious, these Spider Cheeseballs are the ideal Halloween appetizer recipe.

Spider Cheeseballs for Halloween

(8 ounces each cream cheese, softened)

extra virgin olive oil

goat cheese

garlic

dill weed

oregano

black sesame seeds

pretzels and crackers

In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and olive oil until smooth. Then beat in the goat cheese, green onions, garlic, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper. Chill for 30 minutes.

With your hands, roll the cheese mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls (for small spiders) and 3-inch balls (for large spiders). Then roll the balls in the black sesame seeds to coat.

For the small spiders, use four pretzel sticks broken in half to create eight legs (four on each side of the ball.) For the large spiders, use eight pretzel sticks to create eight legs (four on each side of the ball.)

Cover the Spider Cheeseballs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until you're ready to serve them. Serve with crackers or additional pretzel sticks.

Making a Cheese Ball is a simple process that starts with cream cheese and combines with a variety of mix ins: cheddar cheese, bacon, pecans, Ranch seasoning, or anything else you&#039;d like! Make your own cheese ball exactly how you want it!

How to Make a Cheeseball

Cream cheese (2 bricks)

oz Dry Ranch dressing mix

Bacon bits

cranberries (chopped)

Cream together ingredients: Mix the cream cheese, shredded cheese, and ranch seasoning packet in the bowl of a stand mixer until well combined. It is easier to shape the balls when you use cold cream cheese as opposed to room temperature.

Divide the mix into two separate bowls and add any additional ingredients you would like or keep as one flavor and skip the dividing step.

Bacon Pecan Cheeseball: Stir in 1/4 bacon bits. Coat the outside with 1/2 cup chopped pecans {Do not mix these in, see shaping step}

Cranberry Almond Cheeseball: Add in 1/4 chopped dried cranberries. Coat the outside with 1/2 cup sliced almonds {Do not mix these in, see shaping step}

Shape Cheeseballs: To shape the cheese ball, first scrape the mixture into a ball-like shape while it&#39;s still inside the bowl.

Unwrap a piece of saran wrap and lay it on the counter. Sprinkle about half the nuts onto the saran wrap, in a small pile.

Using a rubber scraper, scrape out the semi-shaped ball of cheese onto the top of the nuts. Now, working with one side at a time, cover the mound of cheese with a section of saran wrap and start to shape it into a ball. Just use your hands- sometimes I cover the whole thing and use both my hands to shape it.

Unwrap it and start pressing nuts into the side. For the sliced almonds, just start placing them on to cover the outside. They won&#39;t stick more than one layer deep, so you can roll it around in them a bit, then just individually place them where there are sections missing.

For the chopped pecans, I find it's easier to cover and shape one side, then pick up the cheese ball, sprinkle more nuts on the saran wrap and turn the cheese ball over, covering the other side. Pick it up and roll it through the nuts again to coat around the middle section.

All the while you can continue to cover the cheese ball with sections of the plastic wrap and shape it into a ball. I say ball, but you really don&#39;t want it to be perfectly round since it needs to sit on a plate! So do the best to make it circular, then set it down with a little more force, flattening one side.

Chill: When you have finished shaping your cheeseball, wrap it in plastic wrap and place it into the fridge to chill for at least a few hours, but preferably a day in advance. This will help it to set up and allow the flavors to meld.

Serve: When you&#39;re ready to serve, put the cheese ball on a plate surrounded with crackers and a small knife for serving. Serve and enjoy!
