Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta according to package directions.

While pasta is cooking, add the olive olive to a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the onions and garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add the chicken and cook until done.

Stir in the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.

Make the pasta. Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to the directions on the package until al dente. When draining, reserve 2 tablespoons of pasta water.

When the pasta has 5 minutes left, start making the chicken. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat, add oil, and let it get hot, about 30 seconds. Add chicken and garlic and cook for 5-6 minutes stirring occasionally, until browned on the outside and almost cooked through (it will continue to cook while adding remaining ingredients). Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper and stir to coat. If there is a lot of liquid in the pan, remove some of it as it will water down the sauce.

Add pasta sauce and parmesan cheese and mix to combine.

Drain pasta, saving 2 tablespoons of the pasta water. Add pasta and pasta water to the pan and mix well to combine. Top with mozzarella cheese, cover with a lid and let melt, about 1-2 minutes. Garnish with optional toppings and enjoy!

Prepare dipping station with 2 bowls, add egg to the first bowl with a tablespoon of water, beat to create your egg wash.

Add grated Parmesan to the second bowl.

Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large pot as directed on the package. Drain and set aside.

Sprinkle shredded cheese over chicken; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted. Top with fresh herbs and more grated cheese.

Drain pasta. Serve with chicken.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Butterfly chicken breasts: Place one hand on top of the breast and carefully run a knife through the center of the meat to create two, even, thin breast halves.

Pat chicken dry and season well on both sides with salt and pepper.

Add eggs to a shallow bowl and beat well. Add breadcrumbs, parmesan and garlic powder to another shallow bowl and stir to combine.

Dip each piece of chicken into the egg mixture, and then press into breadcrumbs, coating on both sides.

Add oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add breaded chicken and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden, but not cooked through.

Spoon a thin layer of marinara sauce into a 9x13’’ baking pan, to cover the bottom of the pan. Place breaded chicken on top.

Add a spoonful of marinara sauce over the chicken, followed by a sprinkle of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly and chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F).

Garnish with fresh chopped basil. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti noodles, with extra sauce, if desired.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and add the pasta to a large bowl.

To the pasta, add chicken, marinara, half and half, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Mix all the ingredients.

Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with cooking spray.  Add the pasta mixture to the baking dish and spread evening.

In a small bowl, add panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, and parsley.  Mix until the butter is incorporated.  Spread the panko mixture over the top of the pasta.

Topping

Bake covered for 30 minutes.  Remove the cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the topping becomes golden brown.
