Chicken Cobb Salad Wraps

(12-inch) flour tortillas

blue cheese dressing

lettuce

oz cooked, shredded chicken

tomato,

hard boiled eggs, chopped

bacon,

blue cheese

Lay the tortillas on a work surface. Divide the blue cheese dressing between the tortillas and spread on to within an inch of the edges.

On each tortilla, layer 1/4 of the lettuce, chicken, tomato, chopped eggs, bacon and blue cheese.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly. Cut in half to serve, if desired.

Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
