Easy Chicken Wrap - A quick Lunch/Dinner idea

0.5 Lb Chicken

Tsp Turmeric Powder

Tsp Red Chili powder

Tsp Cumin Powder

Tsp Garam Masala

Tsp Pepper Powder

Salt (As required)

Cup Onion (Sliced)

Tsp Oil

No Roti/Tortilla

Cup Lettuce (Sliced)

Cucumber (Slice As needed)

Cucumber ranch (As needed)

Cook roti or tortilla. Keep aside.

Clean and cut the chicken to small cubes.

Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot add chicken with all spice powders and salt.

Sprinkle water to cook chicken.

Once chicken is half cooked,add sliced onions.

Cook till chicken is fully cooked and water is fully evaporated.Switch off.

Lay the cooked roti.

Spread chicken. Add lettuce, onion and cucumber.

Add ranch as you needed.

Roll it tight.

Enjoy the wrap.

Honey BBQ Chicken Wraps made with crispy baked chicken smothered in a simple homemade honey bbq sauce.

Honey BBQ Chicken Wraps

flour tortillas

broccoli

cheddar cheese

barbecue sauce ((I like Sweet Baby Rays Original))

hot sauce ((optional),

Heat the sauce ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Place the baked popcorn chicken bites into a large bowl.&nbsp;

Pour most of the warm honey BBQ sauce on top (reserve a little extra for dipping or adding to the wraps) and gently toss to coat.&nbsp;

For the sauce:

Sprinkle a handful of shredded cheese on the base of the tortilla. I like to place them on a hot skillet for a minute or two for the cheese to begin to melt.&nbsp;

Top with 5-6 pieces of bbq popcorn chicken.&nbsp;

Drizzle with a little more BBQ sauce if you like a lot of sauce. Top with a handful of coleslaw mix.&nbsp;

Roll and secure with a toothpick, if needed. Serve immediately.&nbsp;

A hearty, flavorful wrap recipe loaded with tender pieces of chicken, crisp lettuce leaves, sweet tomatoes, rich avocados and a creamy caesar dressing. Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Avocado Chicken Caesar Wrap

lbs boneless, (skinless chicken

Romaine lettuce ((you'll need about 2/3 of 1 head))

avocadoes,

grape tomatoes

cheese

burrito size whole wheat or white tortillas

fat-free plain Greek yogurt

light-mayonnaise

olive oil

anchovy fillets, (mashed finely to a paste (1 1/2 tsp paste))

lemon juice

tsp worchestershire sauce

tsp dijon mustard

garlic cloves, (pressed through a garlic crusher)

Tbsp water, (or as needed)

Salt and black pepper

For the dressing:&nbsp;Whisk all dressing ingredients together, add in water to thin 1 Tbsp at a time (it should be a somewhat thick dressing). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For the wraps:&nbsp;Layer tortillas with lettuce, grilled chicken, avocados, tomatoes, and parmesan. Spoon dressing over tops and wrap. Serve immediately.

My family loves these Crispy BBQ Chicken Wraps, and I love how easy they are to make for dinner using leftover cooked chicken, bbq sauce, cheese, onion and cilantro.

Crispy BBQ Chicken Wraps

chicken (, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!))

cilantro (, chopped)

red onion (, chopped)

barbecue sauce (, your favorite kind)

Tablespoons oil ((vegetable or canola oil))

Add chicken, cheese, onion, cilantro and BBQ sauce to a mixing bowl and toss to combine. Add more BBQ sauce if needed, to taste.

Layer tortillas with a 1/2 cup of the mixture. Starting at that end, roll the tortilla up, folding in the sides like a burrito. 

Heat a skillet over medium high-heat. Add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan (or spray generously with cooking spray) and once the oil is hot, place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook, turning the wraps every minute or two, until they are golden and crispy on all sides and warmed through. Serve immediately.

Chicken

Good Quality BBQ Sauce, or as needed (see notes) ()

Paprika

tsp Garlic Powder

Salt

tsp Cayenne Pepper

tsp Black Pepper

Carrot,

Red Cabbage, finely sliced

Cabbage,

White Onion, finely sliced (see notes) ()

tbsp Mayo (full fat)

tbsp Sour Cream

Dijon Mustard

tsp Apple Cider Vinegar

tsp Sugar, (see notes) ()

Salt & Black Pepper,

White Flour Tortilla Wraps

Butterfly slice your two breasts in half to make 4 even sized breasts. Coat in 1 heaped tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper &amp; cayenne pepper (or to preference) and a good drizzle of olive oil. Fry over medium-high heat for 3-4mins then flip and coat the top with BBQ sauce.

Fry for another few mins, then take off and place sauce-side-down on a chopping board. Brush with more BBQ sauce and leave to rest for 5mins. Slice into strips, ensuring you slice at an angle and against the grain.

Meanwhile, combine 4 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp sour cream, 2 tsp dijon mustard, 2 tsp apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp sugar (or to taste) in a small bowl and taste for seasoning. Combine in a larger bowl with your carrot, onion &amp; cabbage and mix to combine.

Lay your wrap down, place a small hand of spinach (or greens of choice) in a strip between the centre and bottom of the wrap. Top with coleslaw, then chicken, then fold as it were a burrito (or just simply roll it up). Enjoy!

Chicken Cashew Crunch Wraps

chicken (, chopped)

To a large mixing bowl add cooked and chopped chicken, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper, cashews, and snap peas and toss together.&nbsp;

Drizzle dressing over the top and toss to combine.

Lay one romaine leaf on each tortilla.&nbsp;

Top with a big spoonful of chicken cashew mixture.&nbsp;

Roll into a wrap and secure with toothpicks, if necessary.
