This easy chocolate fudge recipe is made with just 3 ingredients and is full of rich chocolate flavor! A simple Christmas or holiday gift you'll love.

Easy Chocolate Fudge

(12 ounces) semi sweet chocolate chips

sweetened condensed milk

tsp vanilla extract

Line a 9×9 square pan with parchment paper that covers the sides of the pan.

2. Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and microwave for one minute. Stir well to combine and allow the heat to melt the chocolate chips. If needed, microwave for another 30 seconds or so, until the chocolate is completely smooth.

3. Stir in the vanilla extract, then quickly transfer the mixture to the lined pan and spread evenly.

4. Let the fudge cool completely to room temperature before cutting into squares. You could also refrigerate it until it’s cool. If you find that your fudge is a little sticky, refrigerate it before cutting into squares.

Cut the fudge and store in an air tight container. Fudge can be stored at either room temperature or the fridge.

This recipe is easy-peasy and yummy.  I have a question though, how do I print out your recipes?  I always have to write them down in order to keep them for later as there isn't a 'print' option included (that I can see).

So so easy! And so yummy! I only had milk chocolate so I Added an extra 1/4cup of choc chips and it set perfectly!
I gave it out as as Xmas gifts, was a hit! 😊

I have actually been wanting to make fudge for people this holiday. This fudge looks so nice and easy to make, that it's probably the fudge I will be making soon. Thanks for sharing this delicious looking recipe!  Also, I am seriously in love with fudge, and this recipe will probably be my go to! 

This fudge does well in the freezer. I can say it last a while if u hide it from the people trying to eat it up... I make it about 2 weeks in advance for Christmas along with a variety of other homemade candies as well so I do the easiest first, the rest takes way more time and focus for me 😂. Also, if it comes in chip form (butterscotch, peanut butter, etc...), I use it and it all turns out well. My favorite is dark chocolate with pecans! This IS my first time using the microwave and well, it’s way easier than using a double boiler! Thanks so much!

I made the chocolate fudge and everyone loved it.

I’m sure this works normally, but I didn’t have chocolate chips so I used 1 and a half cups of caramel chocolate and 3/4 cup of milk chocolate, and I halved the condensed milk, so that it would harden properly. I refrigerated it and it didn’t harden fully. It wouldn’t come off the parchment and it was very sticky. It still tasted good.

I used this recipe and for some reason it didn’t set and stuck to the paper can you help with some answers as to what I may have done wrong. The only thing I did different was I used a double boiler to melt the chocolate in the condensed milk.

after making just the basic choc, i decided to step outside the box an make rocky road fudge.   winner!!!!!!   adding mini marshmallows and honey peanuts after a good blending really made this fudge amazing.  try it

I made this yesterday. We love it! So simple to make too.  Cooked one minute in microwave, stirred quickly, adding in vanilla. Set well. I did set it in freezer for an hour to speed up set time. Just a great fudge recipe. Looks and tastes like the best of them. Thank you so much for sharing.

I'm making up hampers of homemade goodies for Christmas this year and tested this recipe at the weekend - in keeping with the Christmas theme I added a teaspoon of orange essense, a teaspoon of orange zest and a handful of dried cranberries. 450 g dark (50-70%) chocolate, finely chopped ((1lb))

Add the condensed milk, chocolate and butter to a medium heavy based saucepan over low heat.

Stir until fully melted then continue to cook over low, stirring often until it thickens and bubbles just start to appear - 5-6 minutes.

Stir in the vanilla and salt (if using), then pour into the baking tin.

Let it sit at room temperature for ½ an hour, then cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2-3 hours until firm.

Chocolate Fudge

sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz each

Line a square 8 or 9 inch baking dish with aluminum foil. Make sure the foil goes up the sides of the pan because this fudge is tall! Set aside.

In a glass microwave safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir with a spatula until combined. 

Microwave on full power for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Do not microwave longer, the mixture will melt and come together as you stir. Add in the salt and vanilla extract. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and combined. Over microwaving can cause the chocolate to scorch and the fudge will be crumbly. 

Transfer the fudge to the pan and spread into an even thickness. Allow the fudge to set on the counter for at least 6 hours, overnight is great too. You can loosely cover the top of the fudge with foil or plastic wrap.

Once the fudge is set, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 1-2 weeks.

German Chocolate Fudge

sweet German chocolate, (chopped)

white sugar

butter

evaporated milk

pecans

Butter a 15x10-inch (rimmed) jelly roll pan.

Combine the chocolate and marshmallow creme in a large bowl; set aside.

Combine the sugar, butter, milk and salt in a heavy skillet. Bring to a rapid boil, then boil 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.

Pour the hot butter mixture over the chocolate mixture in the large bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until smooth. Add the nuts and mix well.

Spread the fudge into the prepared pan. When cooled, cut into 1-inch squares.

Add the butter, both types of chocolate chips, and vanilla to an extra large mixing bowl.  Set aside. 

Line a 9×13'' pan with tin foil and set aside.

In a very large heavy saucepan, combine the evaporated milk, sugar, and marshmallows.&nbsp;Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture comes to a boil.

Keep the heat on medium and stir constantly, being cautious to constantly scrape down the sides of the pan and along the bottom of the pan as you stir (this will help the sugar dissolve and not be grainy, and keep anything from burning to the bottom or sides of the pan.)&nbsp;

Boil for about 10 minutes*--the fudge should be light golden brown in color. (If using a candy thermometer you will want to cook it to around 235-240 degrees F. Temperature will vary depending on altitude, humidity etc., but just watch the clock and make sure it boils for about 10 minutes).

Grease your foil-lined pan with cooking spray. 

Pour the hot mixture into the bowl with the chocolate chips and use an electric mixer to gently combine everything until melted and smooth. Pour into prepared pan.

Chill completely in the refrigerator. Once cooled you can pull up on the edges of the tinfoil to lift the entire slab of fudge out of the pan.&nbsp;

Cut into small squares, or I like to cut it into a few "bricks" that I wrap in tinfoil and give as gifts.  Store fudge wrapped tightly in the fridge so it doesn't dry out.

Easy Creamy Chocolate Fudge Recipe (3-Ingredients)

Carefully remove the bowl (touching the sides only, not the bottom) and stir to combine. Reheat in 30 second intervals until all ingredients are melted and easily combined. (Should be about 3 minutes of total heat time)
