This deliciously boozy Long Island Iced Coffee is every coffee lovers dream! It's the perfect coffee cocktail recipe for an after-dinner drink!

Long Island Iced Coffee

½ oz Baileys

½ oz Kahlua

vodka

½ oz rum

½ oz tequila

oz cold brew coffee (or iced coffee)

Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with 1 cup of ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a glass with another cup of ice.

If you&#39;ve never tried this delicious Italian coffee cocktail, now is the time! Combine fresh espresso with equal parts grappa for an incredibly tasty caffè corretto.

Start by pulling a shot of espresso. There are no rules to follow here. Choose your favorite beans and start with your usual combination of brewing parameters.

We recommend starting with an even division of espresso and grappa. For a standard-strength drink, that means 1.5 ounces each of espresso and grappa. Even though 1.5 ounces is quite a lot for a caffè corretto, it gives you a good starting point and uses enough grappa for you to familiarize yourself with the flavor.

Espresso Martini

Vodka

milliliters (2/3 oz) Kahlua

milliliters (2/3 oz) espresso coffee (, cooled)

coffee beans (, garnish)

Place the vodka, kahlua and espresso in a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously 10 times, then pour briskly into a cocktail glass. (Scrape out foam inside if necessary)

Garnish wtih 3 coffee beans and serve immediately.

Iced Drunken Mocha Cocktail

fl oz whole milk (or non-dairy substitute)

chocolate syrup

oz espresso

fl oz Kahlua

whipped cream (or non-dairy substitute)

cocoa powder

Stir the milk and syrup together in a shaker. Fill shaker three-quarters full with ice (about 1 3/4 cups, depending on the size of your shaker).

Add espresso and Kahlua. Shake well to combine.

Strain into a cocktail glass filled halfway with ice.

Garnish with whipped cream and dust with cocoa powder.
