Shape the dough into a large ball and flatten lightly to form a ball of cookie dough that is about 4 inches in diameter.

Carefully place a piece of parchment paper down...

Carefully place a piece of parchment paper down in the preheated air fryer basket and place the cookie dough in the center. The dough will spread a bit, so be sure that the parchment is large enough to allow space for spreading.

Air fry for 5 minutes.

Cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookie

Making a quick and low calorie snack just got 10 times easier! This low calorie 1 minute chocolate chip cookie is perfect as a quick snack when in a calorie deficit. It is super soft, chewy and delicious for just 78 calories!

78 Calorie Microwave Cookie

+ flour

tsp baking soda

tbsp Philadelphia lightest (or light cream cheese)

g chocolate chunks/chips

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, stevia and baking soda. Fold in the cream cheese until fully combined and then fold in the chocolate chips/chunks.

Form into a ball and place onto parchment paper or a microwave safe dish. Flatten the ball slightly until it is cookie shaped.

Microwave in 10-15 second bursts until the cookie has spread a little and is dry to touch. The cookie should be firm but still soft. (This took 45 seconds in a 700W microwave).

Let the cookie cool for 1-3 minutes before enjoying.

96 Calorie Double Chocolate Microwave Cookie

tbsp (8 grams) plain or all purpose flour

tsp 0 calorie brown sugar

cocoa powder

applesauce

square (5 grams) chocolate chunks/chips

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, stevia, baking soda and cocoa powder. Fold in the applesauce until fully combined and then fold in the chocolate chips/chunks.
