Blend all ingredients except COOL WHIP in blender until smooth.

Beat pudding mix, milk, nutmeg and 2 Tbsp. orange juice in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP.

Cut cake horizontally into 4 layers; sprinkle evenly with remaining orange juice. Cut into 1-inch cubes.

Place 1/2 the cake cubes in 2-1/2-qt. straight-sided bowl; cover with 1/2 the COOL WHIP mixture. Reserve a few berries and nuts for garnish. Spoon remaining berries over ingredients in bowl.; sprinkle with remaining nuts. Top with layers of remaining cake cubes and COOL WHIP mixture.

pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding

Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package.

Spoon 1/2 cup pudding in bottom of 2-qt. serving bowl. Top with 8 wafers, generous layer of sliced bananas and 1 cup pudding. Stand 12 wafers around outside edge of dish. Continue layering 12 wafers, sliced bananas, 1 cup pudding, 15 wafers, sliced bananas and remaining pudding. Cover.

Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight to soften cookies. To serve, spread whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with additional banana slices, if desired.

Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 30 to 32 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely.

Beat Neufchatel and sugar in small bowl with mixer until well blended. Add COOL WHIP; mix well. Spread over cake.

Chop enough strawberries to measure 2 cups. Refrigerate remaining whole berries for later use.

Beat Neufchatel, sugar, zest and juice in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add COOL WHIP; beat on low speed just until blended. Gently stir in chopped berries. Spread about 2/3 of the COOL WHIP mixture onto bottom half of cake. Cover with top of cake and remaining COOL WHIP mixture.

Refrigerate 1 hour. Arrange remaining berries on top of cake before serving.
