Low Carb Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl (TikTok Viral!)

cottage cheese, low fat

marinara or pizza sauce

chopped bell pepper, optional

oz pepperoni

mozzarella cheese, reduced fat

Italian seasoning

garlic powder

Salt

Black pepper

Add the cottage cheese, marinara or pizza sauce, chopped bell pepper, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder to a small mixing bowl. I like to chop up almost all the pepperoni and mix in here, besides about 5 slices to put on top. Season the cottage cheese mixture with salt and black pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe bowl. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese and remaining pepperoni slices. Add extra Italian seasoning on top.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Then broil on high for another 2-3 minutes, watching carefully so it doesn&#8217;t burn. Alternatively you could microwave the low carb pizza bowl for 1 1/2 minutes.

Cottage Cheese Pizza Toast

Pieces Bread (Your Choice)

Olive Oil (or Cooking Spray)

½ Cup Cottage Cheese (Your Choice Fat Free, Low Fat,

Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese

Teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Use more or less!)

¼ Cup Pizza Sauce

¼ Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Pepperoni (*Optional)

Mix together your Cottage Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, and Italian Seasoning

Coat both sides of your Bread with Cooking Spray and toast them until crispy

No toaster? Put them into a pan with some oil over medium heat or into the stove on 400F/204C after brushing or spraying both sides with Olive Oil or Cooking Spray

Evenly distribute your Pizza Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, and optional Pepperoni over the top of your toasted Bread

Put them into the oven on 400F/204C for around 10-12 minutes or until your cheese melts

Hi! I need low carb and gluten free. I've been using your egg white wraps to make pizza. I toast them in the oven or pan on stove works great too. Just toast to your crispy liking. Then top them etc. But I haven't tried them with cottage cheese. That sounds yummy!  Thanks for the recipe.

Cottage Cheese Pizza Bowl

½ Cups Cottage Cheese (Fat Free, Reduced Fat,

½ Teaspoons Italian Seasoning

¾ Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

½ Cup Mozzarella Cheese (Fat Free, Reduced Fat,

Optionally drain your Cottage Cheese

Mix together your Cottage Cheese, Italian Seasoning, Garlic Powder, Parmesan Cheese, and Pizza Sauce

Optionally blend or process your mix until smooth if you don&#39;t like the texture of Cottage Cheese

Add your mix into at least a 16 Ounce baking/microwave safe dish

Lightly mix in 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

Top it with the other 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese and optional Pepperoni

Choose your cooking method!

Put it into the oven on 400F/204C for around 15-20 minutes or until your cheese has melted

You can optionally broil it for a couple minutes at the end to really &quot;crisp&quot; it up

Oven Method

Put it into the air fryer on 350F/176C for around 10-15 minutes depending on how quickly your air fryer gets up to temp or until your cheese has melted

Air Fryer Method

Put your microwave safe bowl into the microwave for 1 minute prior to topping it with your additional 1/4 cup of Mozzarella Cheese and Pepperoni

Mix everything around again

Top it with your leftover Mozzarella Cheese and optional Pepperoni before microwaving it again for another minute

Microwave Method

Followed recipe to a tee …. Delicious and filling ❤️

I made this with Candian bacon and pepperoni, and Peper jack cheese.  My guests only negative comment was the 'clumps' (that are natural part of cottage cheese).  However, they all agreed that it was tasty!  
Next time I make it I will blend the cottage cheese for a smooth consistency.

This 2-ingredient low-carb cottage cheese pizza crust is quick to make and is a delicious thin crust pizza that has just 3 net carbs per serving. 

Cottage Cheese Pizza Crust 

cottage cheese – 2%-4% fat

salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Mix the cottage cheese and eggs in a medium bowl then add the seasoning (garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper) and mix well. 

Pour the cottage cheese mixture in an even layer in a circle shape or rectangle shape onto the lined pan, about 1/4 inch in thickness. 

Bake the crust on the middle rack of the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until golden and set. Once the pizza is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5-10 minutes. Then add your toppings, and return the pizza to the oven for 5-10 more minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are nice and golden. 

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before you slice and serve it. 

I halved the recipe because for one person half was plenty!  I topped it with lots of meat, some green pepper and cheese.  It was so good!

This was very good. I did pesto sauce with mozzarella, pepperoni and mushroom. Very filling for 2 pieces. Very tasty and satisfying!
