Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes - Low Carb

oz cream cheese

eggs

granulated sugar substitute (IBIH recommends)

cinnamon

Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth.

Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle.

Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or pam spray.

Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side.

Serve with sugar free syrup (or any syrup of your choice) and fresh berries.

I'm going to fix this for our brunch tomorrow morning. It sounds so good and I love how fast and easy it is. I couldn't  find the link to the video however. I can probably fix these pancakes without it, but it would be fun to see if a pro has a tip for flipping that I haven't discovered yet. Did you forget to put in the link or is it user error? (the more likely case:-))

I am committed to getting my health back on track in the new year. These pancakes looked like the perfect breakfast replacement. Carbs are definitely my weakness. I was surprised at how easy they were, and I already had all of the ingredients on hand. They made a perfect substitute for traditional pancakes. I could eat these and not miss the old ones at all. They sort of reminded me of the taste of French toast... they had that “bready” mouth feel (which is a good thing!) but not with an overpowering egg taste like some other keto pancakes I’ve tried. Thank you for this amazing recipe!

OK these were the ugliest pancakes I’ve ever made! You and your good spatula. Lol  But ultimately they were the best pancakes I’ve ever made. Actually ate each one individually while I cooked  the next. Thank you for this recipe! Next I’m trying  the shepherds pie meatballs.

The 2 ingredient Low Carb Cream Cheese Pancakes. Just mix eggs and cream cheese to get delicious low carb, high taste pancakes. Ready in 10 minutes.

Low Carb Cream Cheese Pancakes

butter

cream cheese ((3/5 cup = 2.5 ounces))

Add some&nbsp;butter to a pan and stick it on medium heat.

Throw the cream cheese and eggs into a bowl and mix with a fork until creamy. If you’re planning to, now is the time to add some extras. But be careful! The batter is quite runny, so I wouldn’t add things like nuts.

Alternatively you can use a, but remember to let the batter sit for a minute or two! It’ll cook better then.

Off it goes into the pan. I usually make just one big pancake, but two medium-sized ones would also work perfectly fine.

Low Carb Cream Cheese Pancakes | 2 Ingredients Only!

There’s nothing like fluffy Cream Cheese Pancakes with Fresh Berries to start your day! The combination of cream cheese and fresh berries gives the pancakes a delicate taste.

Luscious Cream Cheese Pancakes with Fresh Berries

vanilla extract

tbsps extra virgin olive oil (divided)

blueberries (fresh)

strawberries (fresh, sliced)

tbsps monk fruit (optional, powdered)

maple syrup (to serve)

Add cream

Add cream cheese, eggs, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to a high-powered blender.

cover and blend

Cover and blend on high until completely smooth.

heat a

Heat a cast iron griddle or large skillet over medium heat.

once hot

Once hot, add ½ tablespoon olive oil to griddle and spread around with a rubber spatula.

Pour 3 small pancakes onto the griddle (approximately 2-3 tablespoons each), leaving enough space in between so they don’t run together.

Cook until the edges just begin to turn brown and the pancakes are set, approximately 3-4 minutes.

Tablespoons (70 grams) Almond Meal

Tablespoon Sweetener

Prepare all your ingredients to make those perfect keto Cream Cheese Pancakes. Make sure your cream cheese and eggs are at room temperature.

Using your hand blender for easier maneuver, whisk eggs with sweetener until fluffy light consistency. It will help at the end for your pancakes to be extra fluffy.

Once whisk your eggs and sweetener properly, add all other ingredients needed.
