Cream Cheese Crepe Filling - A sweet crepe filling that&#x27;s creamy, rich and reminiscent of cheesecake. Only 4 ingredients and 5 minutes to make! 

Crepe Filling Recipe

cream cheese (, softened)

sugar (, sugar

vanilla

whipped cream

Beat the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Then mix in the pre-made (or store bought) whipped cream. Mix just until smooth.

Spread on top of crepes and add desired toppings.

I love crepes, they are so delicate in appearance yet very rich in taste. Here is a basic cream cheese crepe filling for you to adjust as you will.

Tart Cream Cheese Crepe Filling

oz full fat cream cheese (softened)

C sugar

C full fat sour cream

Beat the cream cheese then add everything else and blend! &nbsp;Keep extra&nbsp;refrigerated&nbsp;and it will last a few more days!

It's so easy to make homemade crepes at home without a special pan. They are great for breakfast, brunch or dinner! You can make savory or sweet crepes and they are always a hit!

CREPES
3 C whole milk
6 eggs
4 Tbsp butter melted
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 C all-purpose flour
4 Tbsp granulated sugar
pinch of salt
Put everything into a blender and mix until smooth. Refrigerate the batter for an hour to let the bubbles settle and the batter with thicken a bit.
heat a large flat skillet on med high and once it's hot pout 3-4 Tbsp of batter, QUICKLY tilt the pan in a circle to cover the bottom. I cook it for about 40 seconds on each side. Use a spatula to loosen the edge and flip the crepe. It depends on how hot your pan is. I LIKE it cooking fast, I can get through the batch faster that way...
serve right away, or let the crepes cool, stack, refrigerate and serve the next day!

SWEET CREPE FILLING
16 oz full fat cream cheese softened
1 1/2 C powdered sugar
2/3 C full fat sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
Beat the cream cheese until smooth
add everything else and blend!  
Keep extra refrigerated

BUTTERMILK SYRUP
1 C buttermilk
1 C butter
2 C granulated sugar
1 Tbsp light corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
Combine the buttermilk, butter, sugar and syrup in a LARGE sauce pan.
Bring the mixture to a boil on medium heat and boil for 5 mins, stirring constantly.
Remove it from the heat and continue stirring and add the vanilla and baking soda (the mixture will get HUGE when you add the soda, just keep stirring and it will go back down).
serve warm, keep refrigerated.

FRESH WHIPPED CREAM
1 C whipped cream
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
beat until stiff peaks

Easy Crepe recipe - Unicorn Rainbow Crepes - LIVE

Love Unicorn food? These Galaxy crepes are super easy to make with an easy crepe recipe and the galaxy colors are so visually pretty! Then top it all off with this delicious Golden Glitter Buttermilk syrup.

butter

C all-purpose flour

Tbsp sugar

salt

gel food colors (fuchsia, navy, violet and turquoise)

C buttermilk

C butter

corn syrup

tsp baking soda

super gold luster dust

Put everything into a blender and mix until smooth.

Refrigerate the batter for an hour to let the bubbles settle and the batter with thicken a bit.

Divide the batter into 4 bowls and dye each bowl a different color

Add even amounts of each color to a ¼ cup measuring cup (about 1 Tbsp each)

heat a large flat skillet on med high and once it's hot pour the batter into the center of the pan then QUICKLY tilt the pan in a circle so the batter spreads to cover the bottom.

I cook it for about 40 seconds on each side, the batter will go from shiny to dull and you’ll see small bubbles develop. Use a spatula to loosen the edge and flip the crepe. The time will depends on how hot your pan is.

Turn the lower to slow it down a little, or higher to cook a little faster

serve right away, or let the crepes cool, stack, refrigerate and serve the next day!

Galaxy Crepes with Glitter Buttermilk Syrup Recipe

A smooth, luxurious Cream Cheese Crêpes Filling made in only 5 minutes with 4 ingredients. Perfect to elevate your crêpes for any occasion.

Cream Cheese Crêpe Filling

g cream cheese (preferably Philadelphia)

60 g powdered icing sugar (confectioners’ sugar)

vanilla extract

240 ml double cream (heavy cream)

Whip the cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla together. Into a medium-sized mixing bowl add the cream cheese, and vanilla extract and sift in the powdered icing sugar.Using hand-held electric beaters, beat on medium speed until smooth.

Add in cream and whip. Pour the cream into the mixture and beat again until thickened and soft peaks form when the beaters are lifted out of the mixture.Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Made crepes for breakfast this morning.  Used your recipe, Emma, for the cream cheese crepe filling.  So smooth and creamy!  Mixed it up in my KitchenAid.  I was a little concerned that the heavy cream would not whip up but happily my fears were erased as it whipped into creamy deliciousness!   Substituted almond extract for the vanilla as I use canned cherry pie filling and the cherry/ almond combo is a winner.  Thanks for sharing!
