This Norwegian crispbread recipe is so easy and tasty because it&#x27;s a mixture of nuts, seeds and spices. It&#x27;s a keto cracker that is also gluten free with great crunch. Try it topped with avocado or your favorite low carb spread. It&#x27;s full of healthy ingredients and has a only 1.5g net carbs per piece.

Keto Norwegian Crispbread Recipe

almond flour

hulled, raw sunflower seeds

sesame seeds

Parmesan cheese, grated

flax seed

olive oil

Everything Bagel Spice (see note)

Preheat oven to 325° F.

In a bowl mix all of the ingredients...

In a bowl mix all of the ingredients to make a dough.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and...

Spray a piece of wax paper and lay over the dough. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out until it's about 1/4 inch thick. This dough will not rise. Try to shape the dough into a rectangular shape.

Score the dough using a knife or pizza...

Score the dough using a knife or pizza cutter but make sure not to cut all the way through. Place in the oven and bake until brown but not burnt, about 40 minutes.  (note cooking times may vary so please check it frequently.)

Let cool before breaking apart. If the outside crackers brown quicker than the middle, you can break them off and place it back into the oven to bake the rest.

NOTE: If you don't have the Everything Bagel...

NOTE: If you don't have the Everything Bagel Spice you can make your own.  Just mixed equal parts sea salt, dried minced onion, dried minced garlic, sesame seeds and poppy seeds.  Mix together and then use 2 tablespoons of this mix in the dough.

Easy Norwegian Crispbread Recipe - keto, gluten free

Super easy extra crunchy Raw Seed Keto Crackers Bread Recipe, made out of only 4 different types of seeds and water. This dehydrated Keto Crispbread is not only dairy-free, grain-free, but egg-free and fully vegan Keto Snack.

Raw Seed Keto Crackers Bread

Cup Sesame Seeds

Cup Golden Flax Seeds

Cup Dark Flax Seeds

Cup White Chia Seeds

Water

Prepare Ingredients

Mix Seeds

Using one bigger bowl, place all of the seeds insight and mix all together.

Grind ¼

Take about a quarter cup of the mixture and place it into your grinder, magic bullet or coffee grinder. Grind all into a powder and place it back into the bowl.

Mix And Add Water

Using your spatula mix the powdered seeds into whole seeds fully and add water. Keep mixing until all of the water is incorporated. Let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes.

Spread 

Once you see the mixture has thickened, start spreading it either on a parchment paper baking tray or a dehydrator tray. Using a silicone spatula is the best way to spread the mixture as thin as possible.

Brake Or Cut

Place all of the trays onto a dehydrator and start the process.  If you do not have a dehydrator and would like to use the oven, you can do the same and spread the mixture onto a baking tray covered with parchment paper and dehydrate in the oven at 70°.
