Let&#039;s make some great fudge with this super-easy recipe. Have fun making fudge with your child or just by yourself. This crock pot fudge recipe is just what you need for the holidays.

Crock Pot Fudge

oz sweetened condensed milk

oz chocolate chips

oz butterscotch chips (You may substitute more chocolate if you wish.)

vanilla extract

walnuts (optional)

Start with a smaller crock pot. But a larger pot will be fine but may cook a bit faster. Give it a heavy spray of PAM.

Combine one 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, two 12 oz bags of chips, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cook in the crock pot on low for about 2 hours with the lid OFF. Stir halfway through and then check occasionally. I suggest semisweet or dark chocolate for one bag and butterscotch for the second bag. You may use two bags of chocolate if you wish.

Prep an 8 by 8 or 9 by 9 dish with crossing sheets of parchment paper. Also, butter corners well to prevent sticking. I like to just a touch of butter under the parchment paper to hold it in place.

When the fudge combines easily, mix in 3/4 to 1 cup of chopped walnuts if you wish.

Pour into the prepared pan and smooth. You can add other toppings at this time. Refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours).

Remove from pan and cut into serving-size pieces.

Store in an airtight container. It should be good at room temperature for at least a week. Refrigerated for 2-3 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.

This easy candy recipe is perfect for holiday cookie platters or a quick homemade candy treat any time. Crockpot candy with caramel, two types of nuts and semi sweet chocolate is a favorite!

Add the peanuts, pecans, and caramel bits to the bowl of the slow cooker. Stir to mix.

Top the nut mixture with the chocolate chips.

Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on low for 1-2 hours.

When the chocolate is melted, turn off the slow cooker and remove the lid. Stir until all the nuts are coated in chocolate.

Use a small cookie scoop (1 tablespoon scoop) or tablespoon to scoop heaping a spoonful of chocolate covered nuts onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

When the sheet is full, place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes, until the chocolate is hardened.

white almond bark

Baker's German's sweet chocolate bar (or other bittersweet chocolate bar)

Add peanuts to the bottom of the crock pot, then layer the almond bark, chocolate chips and broken up chocolate bar on top.

Cover and cook on low 1.5 to 2 hours, until all the chocolate has completely melted.  Stir until well combined.

Drop by spoonfuls onto parchment paper or silicone lined baking sheet.  Cool until set.

Crock Pot Peppermint Pretzel Candy

white, vanilla-flavored melting candy disks (or almond bark)

peppermint extract

(15- ounce) bag pretzel twists, coarsely crushed

crushed candy canes (approximately 15)

dark chocolate, chopped,

Place the candy disks into your slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 35-40 minutes, or until melted and smooth when stirred.

Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

Turn off heat, and remove ceramic insert from slow cooker, if possible. Add in the peppermint extract and stir to combine.

Stir in the pretzels and crushed candy canes, until coated.

Using a small cookie scoop drop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, forming clusters. You can sprinkle some extra crushed candy canes on top for garnish, if desired.

In a small bowl melt the dark chocolate in 20- second increments until smooth. Drizzle the pretzel clusters with the chocolate.

Allow the candy to set completely at room temperature.

Costco usually sells these peppermint white chocolate pretzels during this time of year.  I don't think they have them this year and I was wondering what I was going to replace them with.  I think your recipe will give me what I was looking for.  Thanks!

Only a few ingredients and super simple to make! It&#039;s a winner and one your family will love.

peanut butter (we use smooth)

chocolate

Combine all ingredients in crock pot. Heat on high for 30 minutes, stir well and heat another 30 minutes.

Place cupcake liners on a baking sheet, drop a spoonfuls of the mixture in each liner. Top with sprinkles (optional)

Place in the refrigerator for an hour. Enjoy!

Will they set up without using cupcake liners, but using a spoon to drop onto wax or parchment paper?
