 The ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer: cucumber cream cheese toasts. They&#x27;ll be gone before you know it anytime you serve them, and they&#x27;re SO easy to make!

Cucumber Cream Cheese Toasts Appetizer

baguette, sliced

cucumbers, sliced ((peeling is optional))

cream cheese (at room temp.)

mayonnaise

Italian dressing mix*

tbsp dill (fresh

Cut baguette into no more than 1/2-inch thick slices. If you want to toast the bread ahead of time (not necessary but delicious!), toast your baguette slices in an oven set to broil or 500 F for about five minutes, or until lightly golden.

In a large bowl, mix your cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Italian season until everything is well-incorporated

Spread about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mix onto each piece of baguette. If you bake the baguette first, let it cool before adding the cream cheese mix.

Add a slice of cucumber to each piece, and finish with a generous sprinkling of dill on the bread/cucumber/cream cheese combo.

Serve and enjoy!Keep leftovers in the fridge.

Cucumber Cream Cheese Wraps Recipe

tortillas (about 10 inches/25 cm, one more if they are smaller)

cucumber (or 2 small Persian cucumbers)

cream cheese

dill (fresh and chopped)

green onions (thin)

black pepper

dill (for garnish, optional)

Chop dill and green onion finely. Mix with the softened cream cheese, salt, and pepper to taste. Set aside.

Cucumber

Peel the cucumbers. Cut into very thin slices (Note). Pat the pieces a bit dry with kitchen paper (especially if using an English cucumber).

Fill

Spread cream cheese on the tortillas. Cover with cucumbers, overlapping them a little to make them fit.

Roll

Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the cheese to set slightly.

Remove the plastic wrap. Use as many toothpicks or wooden picks as needed to secure the roll-ups; it depends on the desired thickness of the pieces. I cut 7 pieces out of each tortilla, so I had 21 in the end. Use a serrated knife to slice the roll between the picks.

Serve

Arrange on a platter and garnish with a few fresh dill sprigs (optional).
