The iconic Disney Pineapple Dole Whip can easily be made at home with only a few simple ingredients! This frosty treat is perfect on a hot summer day!

Dole Whip (Disney Copycat)

pineapple juice

vanilla ice cream (about 3/4 cup)

pineapple

sugar (,

lemon juice

salt

Combine all the ingredients in a blender (in the order listed); blend until smooth and ultra creamy, pushing down the pineapple chunks if necessary, about 3 minutes.

At this point you can pour into dessert cups. But I like to freeze the mixture for 30-40 minutes, then transfer to a piping bag with a 1M “star” tip (to get that iconic Dole Whip swirl.)

Swirl into glasses.

(To help the soft-serve hold its shape even longer, freeze the swirled whip another 20 minutes.)

Homemade Disneyland Dole Whip

(8 ounces 225 grams) of low-fat coconut milk ((or milk of choice, almond, regular))

Place the coconut milk and frozen chunks of pineapple into a food processor or high-powered blender. (The pineapple has to be frozen.)

Turn on the food processor and blend until the consistency becomes creamy.

You will have to stop several times and scoop down the pineapple.

Keep blending until all of the pineapple chunks are gone and the mix is smooth.

Enjoy immediately as it is ‘soft serve’ and should be eaten straight away.

If you want to freeze a little you can, just know it does freeze solid once frozen and is no longer soft.

If you haven't had Dole Whip before, it's a frozen whipped pineapple treat. It is really easy to make, only requires 2 ingredients, is dairy free and doesn't require freezing. So let's get started!

Homemade Disneyland Dole Whip Recipe (2 Ingredients; Vegan & Dairy Free)

Creamy pineapple sorbet that’s naturally sweetened, vegan, and the ultimate dupe for Disneyland’s Dole Whip. Just 3 ingredients and 5 minutes required!

5-Minute Pineapple Sorbet (Dole Whip Dupe!)

frozen pineapple* ((a 10-oz bag yields ~2 cups))

coconut cream

coconut water

agave syrup ((optional))

Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until the pineapple is broken down into smaller pieces. Continue to pulse until the food processor begins to run smoothly, scraping down the sides as needed. Once there are very few pineapple pieces visible, leave the processor on for at least 1 minute to achieve the creamiest consistency possible.

Enjoy immediately for best texture! Alternatively, for a firmer sorbet, transfer to a sealed container and place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until ready to serve. If freezing for more than a few hours, remove and thaw for about 10-15 minutes for easy scooping. Keeps in the freezer for up to 2 weeks, but is best when fresh.

Pulse until thick and creamy. Use a spatula to move the mixture down, so it can all be mixed in properly. The mixture will be soft like soft serve, so I recommend freezing it for 30-60 minutes to make it a little firmer for swirling.

Spoon the semi-frozen mixture into a piping bag...

Spoon the semi-frozen mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large star tip and swirl the soft serve Dole Whip into cups or glasses. Serve immediately.

Ninja Creami Dole Whip Ice Cream Recipe

Soy Milk (You can also use coconut milk, oat milk

In a blender, combine pineapple, milk and sweetener (if using).Pour the blended mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, making sure it does not exceed the max fill line.

Place the pint container in the freezer and freeze for at least 18-24 hours.

After freezing, remove the pint container from the freezer and place it into the Ninja Creami machine. Attach the pint holder lid and lock it into place. Select the &quot;Lite Ice Cream&quot; setting and let the Ninja Creami process the mixture. *

Scoop the Dole Whip into bowls and top with your favorite toppings

Ninja Creami Dole Whip (Pineapple) Recipe

Ninja Creami Dole Whip

Cup Pineapple (Canned, in pineapple juice, drained)

Banana (Medium, ripe (If you don't want to be able

2½ Teaspoons Powdered Sugar

½ Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk (Canned)

Lime

Tablespoons Pineapple Juice (Reserved from the canned pineapple)

Pour the pineapple, banana, powdered sugar, coconut milk, and lime juice into a small blender and blend until all ingredients are fully combined. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.

Freeze on a level surface for 24 hours. Your freezer should be between 9 and -7 degrees Fahrenheit. To avoid getting a bump on the top of the frozen mixture, freeze with the lid off of the container.

Make the Ice Cream Mixture

After 24 hours, remove the pint container from the freezer.

Place the pint container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami and then process on “ICE CREAM.&quot;

Since Dole Whip is more of a soft serve consistency, you will need to add pineapple juice and re-spin. Pour a tablespoon of the reserved pineapple juice into the pint and re-spin.  Repeat this process until it has reached the desired consistency- like soft-serve ice cream.

Your ice cream is ready to eat!  Enjoy!

Turned out great.  1 respun with 4Tbsp Pineapple juice, 1 respun with 1 shot of Parrot Bay.

I used half of a banana and still the banana flavor was too prominent. It tasted good. But not like dole whip.

Cups Pineapple (Frozen)

Banana (Frozen)

Ounces Pineapple Juice

Ounces Greek Yogurt (Vanilla, Pineapple, or Lemon)

½ Scoops Protein Powder (Complimenting flavor (I like Vanilla))

Sweetener (*Optional if your Protein Powder isn't sweet enough)

Add all of your ingredients into either a food processor or powerful blender with tamper

Process or blend all of your ingredients together

Scrape/tamp down your sides as it&#39;s processing or blending

Once it&#39;s creamy and the volume of your recipe doubles or triples you can stop processing or blending

Made this tonight. Delicious and healthy way to satisfy that sweet tooth.

Just made this in my Vitamix and it was delicious. I think I’ll cut the recipe in half next time.
