The iconic Disney Pineapple Dole Whip can easily be made at home with only a few simple ingredients! This frosty treat is perfect on a hot summer day!

Dole Whip (Disney Copycat)

pineapple juice

vanilla ice cream (about 3/4 cup)

pineapple

sugar (,

lemon juice

salt

Combine all the ingredients in a blender (in the order listed); blend until smooth and ultra creamy, pushing down the pineapple chunks if necessary, about 3 minutes.

At this point you can pour into dessert cups. But I like to freeze the mixture for 30-40 minutes, then transfer to a piping bag with a 1M “star” tip (to get that iconic Dole Whip swirl.)

Swirl into glasses.

(To help the soft-serve hold its shape even longer, freeze the swirled whip another 20 minutes.)

I had everything to make this and went for it. Since I’m not looking to gain weight, I left out the extras and did your recommendation with light coconut milk. It was delicious!!!

This is a lot of sugar, so I swapped the banana for frozen cauliflower,and did water instead of the pineapple juice. Still so good! Very tropical

Homemade Disneyland Dole Whip

(8 ounces 225 grams) of low-fat coconut milk ((or milk of choice, almond, regular))

Place the coconut milk and frozen chunks of pineapple into a food processor or high-powered blender. (The pineapple has to be frozen.)

Turn on the food processor and blend until the consistency becomes creamy.

You will have to stop several times and scoop down the pineapple.

Keep blending until all of the pineapple chunks are gone and the mix is smooth.

Enjoy immediately as it is ‘soft serve’ and should be eaten straight away.

If you want to freeze a little you can, just know it does freeze solid once frozen and is no longer soft.

If you haven't had Dole Whip before, it's a frozen whipped pineapple treat. It is really easy to make, only requires 2 ingredients, is dairy free and doesn't require freezing. So let's get started!

Homemade Disneyland Dole Whip Recipe (2 Ingredients; Vegan & Dairy Free)

This Dole Whip recipe is our version of the iconic Disney dessert. Use real ingredients to make a sweet, creamy frozen pineapple dessert!

Dole Whip Recipe (Pineapple) + Video

pineapple (ideally Dole brand)

coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

sugar

lime juice

(for garnish (optional))

In a food processor, add frozen pineapple, coconut milk, sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, and salt. Blend ingredients until smooth and there are no more pineapple chunks, about 3-5 minutes.

Serve Dole whip immediately in festive glasses with straws or dessert spoons. If you’d like whip to be firmer, freeze for 30 minutes, then serve.

If you&#39;re anything like me, you&#39;re always looking for new and exciting treats that are also healthy. That&#39;s why you should try my dole whip recipe, which is both delicious and packed with nutrients.

Dole Whip

pineapple chunks (10 ounces)

vanilla ice cream (dairy

Add the Ingredients - In a high-speed blender, add the pineapple juice, frozen pineapple, and ice cream.

Blend - Cover and process on medium speed for about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until thick and smooth. If needed, add more pineapple juice, 1 tablespoon at a time.

To Serve - Immediately scoop and add to a cup or bowl. Alternatively, transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Close the end of the bag and freeze for about 30 minutes to firm up but not harden. Trim off the end of the bag and pipe it into the desired serving dish.
