Rinse the ham well and put it in a big pot. Big enough so that all or at least most of it can be covered by the liquid.&nbsp;&nbsp;Throw in all the other ingredients into the pot and fill with the liquid until the ham is covered or almost covered. Water or whatever liquid you choose.

Bring it to a boil and then lower the heat so its simmering.  Let it simmer for  20 mins per lb or until a thermometer reaches 155 degrees when inserted into the ham.

Pull the Ham out of the pot, cover it and let it rest for 20 mins.

Cut the fat and skin off and slice or pull it into pieces.  Serve it up and watch the ham melt in your mouth! So good!

Preheat oven to 275 F. Add 1/2 cup of water to the bottom of a roasting pan and place the rack on top.

Place ham flat side down on top of the rack. Score the ham with a knife to make shallow cuts, about 1/4-inch deep. This helps the ham soak in the sweet glaze. Cover the pan with foil to keep the ham from getting overcooked and dry.

Bake the ham covered for 2 hours until the internal temperature at the thickest part registers at 135F on a meat thermometer.

Bake the Ham:

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, honey, mustard, apple cider, cumin powder and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth, about 1 minute.

Remove the pan from the oven and generously brush half of the glaze over the ham to coat. Return the pan to the oven and bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Then repeat, applying the remaining glaze and baking for another 15 minutes until the ham caramelizes and turns brown.

Transfer to a serving platter and pour pan drippings on top. Slice and serve with cranberry sauce.

Put the ham soaked in cold water at least an hour. If it has a strong smoke odour or is too salty, you can leave the ham in the water for up to 10-12 hours.

Preheat oven to 325°F. Place the ham on its side in roasting pan. Mix honey, brown sugar and spices in small bowl until well blended. If mixture is too thick, microwave on HIGH 30 seconds to 1 minute or until smooth, stirring after 30 seconds. Brush 1/2 of the honey mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.

Read the heating instructions on the ham steak or spiral ham that you have chosen for the recipe. If you&#39;re using a whole or half ham, they typically require reheating in a 325 F oven to an internal temperature of 165 F. It usually takes 18 to 20 minutes per pound. If you&#39;re browning a ham steak, that usually takes only 10 to 15 minutes.While the ham is being prepared, make the herb sauce.

Prepare the Ham:

Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
