Here's How To Make The Best Homemade Pumpkin Pie

This simple pumpkin bread recipe is super moist and is the epitome of fall flavor! Serve it up plain with maple butter, or add in your favorite seasonal ingredients like zucchini or apples, or make it fun and kid friendly with chocolate chips.

Best Pumpkin Bread Recipe

(15 ounce) can Pumpkin Puree, not pie filling

eggs, room temperature

vegetable oil

brown sugar, packed

tsp vanilla extract

all-purpose flour, sifted

tsp salt

tsp baking soda

cinnamon

nutmeg

cloves

ginger

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Use grease and flour 3 (7×3) or 2 (9x5) loaf pans. Set aside.

Beat eggs and pumpkin puree in a large mixing bowl and whisk together well or use a stand mixer with a paddle attachment or electric hand mixer. Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar and whisk until well combined.

Stir in oil and vanilla afterward, the oil will not incorporate, don't worry.

In a separate large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, sea salt, baking soda, ground cinnamon, freshly grated nutmeg, cloves, and ground ginger.

Sift the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture, a cup or so at a time, and mix together with a baking spatula (or the paddle attachment of your mixer) until just blended. Continue mixing in the dry ingredients until all the flour is just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pans.

Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove the loaves and let cool completely on a wire rack.

The pumpkin bread is so moist and gorgeous. The spices added in this bread gives it a really nice aroma.

I love all the warm Fall flavors in this pumpkin bread. It's so fantastic! Slathered it all in maple butter and it was perfection.

This pumpkin bread was absolutely delicious! It was perfectly moist and sweet, and made my whole kitchen smell like fall! Yum!

Pumpkin French Toast from Delish.com is the perfect fall breakfast to wake up for.

Pumpkin French Toast

c. milk

c. pumpkin puree

Kosher salt

brioche,

tbsp. unsalted butter, slightly softened

maple syrup

Powdered sugar,

Maple syrup,

How often are you making breakfast during the week?

Just tried for the first time. This was very good and easy to make. Not soggy at all. I used Trader Joe’s pumpkin brioche loaf bread. Followed directions other than kosher salt. I used table salt since I don’t know the difference between the salts. I think next time I will add 1tsp pumpkin pie spice instead of 1/2 tsp and cook longer for a more caramelized and crispy flavors. I didn’t make the butter though short on maple syrup, needed the little bit I had for the toast.
This will be a new tradition for Halloween and thanksgiving breakfast. Add a side of diced ham and scrambled eggs for protein. So good!

I served this today to my guests at my B&B and they loved it. I found that I had to triple the maple syrup!

I love this recipe so much and I make it every Sunday for breakfast. Little tip, if you use room temperature butter, the pumpkin butter takes forever to combine. Sooo good!

I made this exactly as directed, but couldn't eat it. No matter how long I cooked the toast, it was still mushy inside. I ended up throwing it all in the garbage and wasting a lot of ingredients.

Pumpkin French Toast Is The Only Breakfast You'll Want To Eat This Fall

These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies from Delish.com are the best fall dessert.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

baking soda

c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened

c. sugar

c. pumpkin purée

c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Delicious. I omitted the granulated sugar altogether and they were still amazing. Plenty sweet with only the brown sugar. My kids devoured them.

Can I freeze the cookie dough for later use ?

My only complaint is that these weren't crisper. Going to modify these recipe

Very good! These were very good but a little more cakey and crumbly than reg chocolate chip cookies. I added an Xtra 1 tsp pumpkin spice. I also ended up cooling the batter for longer than 30 min bc I baked later but I also let it sit out for 30 min while I preheat the oven. Overall very good but would like a little crispier.

Love these cake like cookies all year long delicious and house smells wonderful

Followed the recipe to a T But I did cut back on choco chips by 1/2 cup and it made about 48 cookies. There were 4 people and needless to say all the cookies were eaten in 1 day. This will now be a go-to. I’m SO IN LOVE. They are the fluffy cookies I’ve been looking for.

Eh. I think there’s too much flour in this recipe. They don’t really even taste like pumpkin. I wish I chose a different recipe. I would cut the flour back and potentially add more pumpkin and pumpkin spice.

I’m not a big fan of pumpkin but I will eat it if it mixed in something else as a dessert. So I thought I would try these cookies and they turned out great. A little sweet but as long as I don’t go over board eating them.

These turned out great! I used homemade pumpkin purée (since we grew so many this year). The cookies were nice and crunchy on the outside with a super light and fluffy inside! Will definitely make again!

Made these and my family loved them. I did add cinnamon and another teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice. We like them small so they're not too cakey. Will make these again.

This recipe did NOT WORK FOR ME! My cookies came out looking like muffin tops. I am never following a recipe from this website again. I lost my cookie contest thanks to this “cookie” recipe.

My husband loved these cookies! The texture is very light and fluffy. I added about a half teaspoon of cinnamon because I love it. Even with the addition, the spices weren’t very noticeable so next time I make them I think I’d up the amount of spice.

Great cookie but I agree with a couple comments about adding more pumpkin or pumpkin spice. The recipe has a lot of chocolate chips and the chocolate over powers the pumpkin. Maybe use the pumpkin spice chips? They usually hit the shelves about this time of year. Something else I may try is to combine this recipe and the chocolate cherry cookie recipe you had earlier this year!

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and set aside.

Whisk together the almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder in a large bowl. Add the pumpkin puree and vanilla, and stir together until a dough forms. You can use a large spoon here, or your hands to bring it together.

Transfer the dough to a clean work surface, and knead it into a ball using your hands. Pat the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch high.

Using a 4-inch cookie cutter, stamp out scones. Arrange the scones 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheet. Reroll the scraps, and repeat the process. (You should have about 6 scones total.)

Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the scone bottoms are browned.

Serve warm with softened butter, cream, or jam!
