Lock the lid and set the steam valve to its “sealing” position.&nbsp;

Select the “MANUAL” button and cook for 1 minute on high pressure. It will take about 5 minutes for the pressure to build, then the countdown timer will start.&nbsp;

Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then release any remaining pressure.

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Stir to incorporate, then bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes until milk has been absorbed and quinoa is fluffy.

Remove from heat, stir and cover again, allowing quinoa to sit for 5 minutes.

Fluff with a fork prior to serving. Serve with your favorite dish!
