Edible Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Recipe

all-purpose flour

cinnamon

peanut butter

butter (softened)

sugar

brown sugar

salt

vanilla extract

milk

peanut butter chips

In a small bowl, heat the flour in the microwave on HIGH, 30 seconds. Stir and repeat at 15 second intervals until the internal temperature is 160°*see note.

Add the cinnamon and whisk until incorporated. Set the flour aside to completely cool.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter and butter until incorporated, about 2 minutes with an electric mixer.

Add the sugar and brown sugar and beat 3 minutes with an electric mixer.

Add the salts, vanilla and milk and mix until fully incorporated.

Add the cooled flour/cinnamon mixture and mix just until the flour is incorporated.

Add the peanut butter chips and stir just until incorporated.

Keep the dough refrigerated and in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.

Edible Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

This is our white chocolate version of our best-ever Christmas crack. It’s got the classic savoury cracker base, the brittle butter praline middle and a layer of white chocolate on top, plus 100s and 1000s because who doesn’t love fairy bread? We have added stars to the sprinkles for an extra special Christmas feel, but you can use any small Christmas sprinkles you have or skip them altogether. Store in an airtight container in a cool dark place for up to 5 days (if you can resist it for that long!)

white chocolate block, melted

20.00 ml hundreds and thousands

40.00 ml rainbow star sprinkles

1.20 gm sea salt flakes

coconut oil (melted)

maple syrup

cocoa powder

all-purpose flour (heat treated (see notes))

fine sea salt

mini chocolate chips ((I like Enjoy Life Brand))

In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract with a fork.

Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt, and continue stirring until all the dry ingredients are incorporated and the mixture has thickened slightly.

Stir in chocolate chips. Serve immediately, freeze, or refrigerate for later.

unsalted butter (room temperature)

blue food coloring (more/less depending on dye and color preference)

heat-treated all-purpose flour

Oreo cookies (or your favorite creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies)

milk (more/less depending on texture preference)

Heat-treat the flour in the oven or the microwave &amp; then let it cool.Oven: Preheat to 350°F. Measure flour into a small/medium pan &amp; bake for 6-10 minutes or until it reaches a temperature of 160-165°F.Microwave: Add flour to a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 20-30 seconds. Stir, check the temperature with a thermometer, and continue heating in 15 second intervals until it reaches a temperature of 160-165°F.

In a medium bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring.

Sift and stir the heat-treated flour and salt into the wet ingredients. Add milk until it reaches your preferred consistency.

Mix in the crushed cookies and chocolate chips. Enjoy!
