Pulse dates and pecans to desired consistency.

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and mix to combine.

Roll into bite-sized balls, roughly 1-inch in diameter.

Place bites on a baking tray or pan and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.

Transfer to an airtight container once hardened.

Easy Seed Crackers with Everything Bagel Seasoning

Tbsp ground flax seeds ((flaxseed meal))

Tbsp brown rice flour

tsp sea salt

sunflower seeds

pepitas ((pumpkin seeds))

hemp seeds

Tbsp chia seeds

Everything Bagel Seasoning ((or store-bought))

Preheat the oven to 350 F (176 C) and line a standard-size (13x18-inch) baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the ground flax seeds, brown rice flour, and salt until well combined. Add the sunflower seeds, pepitas, hemp seeds, and chia seeds and toss to combine.

Pour the boiling water over the seed mixture and stir until there are no dry spots. Cover with a kitchen towel and let sit for 15 minutes until the seeds have absorbed the water and the mixture is thick and sticky.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet and, using a rubber spatula, spread into as thin and even a layer as possible. On a standard-size baking sheet (13x18-inch), it should go all the way to the edges. Be sure that the middle isn’t too thick and the edges aren’t too thin, and try to avoid any gaps or holes. You want even, thin, crispy crackers! Once your mixture is spread evenly, sprinkle the Everything Bagel Seasoning over the top.

Bake your crackers for 35-45 minutes, or until they have become toasty in color and are dry and hard to the touch. If it feels soft in the middle, let it bake for a couple more minutes, but not past 50 minutes, or you’ll have burnt crackers!

Let crackers cool completely on the baking sheet, then carefully break your large cracker into whatever size pieces you prefer. Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1-2 weeks.

Step 1

Proof the yeast: Stir the warm water, yeast, and honey in a bowl of a stand mixer. Let sit for 5 minutes. The yeast should be fragrant and appear foamy—this means the yeast is active. If it does not, you will need to start over with fresher yeast.

Step 2

Make the dough: Add the eggs and 3 tablespoons olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix with a fork to combine. Add the flour and salt. Attach the dough hook and knead on low speed for 8 to 10 minutes until the dough gathers around the dough hook and no longer stick to the bowl. It will be a little tacky and sticky, resist the urge to add more flour!

Step 3

Proof the dough: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel, and let proof for an hour to an hour 30 minutes, until doubled in size. While the dough is proofing, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 4

Shape the dough: Lightly flour a clean work surface. Scrape the dough onto it and use a sharp knife to divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. I use a kitchen scale to ensure they are all the same size, but feel free to estimate. While shaping, keep the dough under a clean kitchen towel until ready to shape. Use both hands to roll a piece of dough into a 12-inch rope. Start on one end and coil it into a spiral, tucking the end underneath and pinching to seal. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining dough. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let rise for 15 to 20 minutes.

Make the egg wash: In a small bowl, whisk the egg and water. Using a pastry brush, paint the egg wash on each roll. Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds, if using.

Bake the rolls: Bake the rolls for 18 to 24 minutes, turning the baking sheet once halfway through. Bake until golden brown. If using a thermometer to check for doneness, it should read 190°F to 195°F. Let cool before serving. Did you love the recipe? Leave us stars below!

Prepare Ingredients

Prepare your ingredients for making the best and easiest tortilla recipe ever. Flax seeds can be dark or light, whichever you prefer. The only difference would be the shade of your wraps at the end. Water should be boiling for the flax to work. You could add salt, pepper, dry garlic, or spices for extra flavor

Grind the Flaxseeds

Place whole Golden seeds into the Magic Buller or Coffee Grinder and grind all of the seeds until you get a perfect grounded flour like consistency

Add Spices

Place the grounded Flaxseeds into a medium size mixing bowl and add garlic and salt

Boiling Water

Add boiling water into the bowl. The water needs to be boiling, otherwise, you will not get the smooth consistency and the dough would become clumpy.

Properly mix the dough until you achieve a beautiful consistency to be able to work easily with it.

Split the dough

With a knife or spatula, separate the dough into 6-8 pieces. it all depends on how thin and big you are able to make your Flaxseed Keto Wraps.

Roll

Either on a Parchment paper or nonstick silicone mat, start rolling the dough into a thin rounded shape. Try to roll it as thin as possible, but not entirely thin, otherwise, you will not be able to lift the wrap from the silicone mat.

Shape the Keto Wraps

Cut a parchment paper into smaller squares. You will need this for placing the wraps on it for easier handling

Lift and roll

With a round bowl or a plate, press onto the rolled wrap to get ever and precise shape.

Prepare to cook

Using a long knife or spatula, slowly get the wraps onto already precut Parchment Paper. Please see the video for better instruction. Preheat the pan on a medium high

Cook the Flaxseed Keto Wraps

Once you have all of the Flaxseed Keto Wraps ready, start with roasting them on a pan. You can use few drops of oil if you do not have a nonstick pan. Cook each side of the Wrap for about a minute, pressing gently from time to time. Once you see, they are done, place them on a plate and serve.

Move over Erewhon, this strawberry cottage cheese smoothie is a dupe of the famous strawberry cloud smoothie. It uses no protein powder but still packs in 14 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber. In just 5 minutes, you can have the most delicious and fluffy smoothie (or is it a milkshake?!).

Add everything to a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes (until smooth and the cheese curds are gone).
