This&nbsp;frozen pineapple daiquiri is incredibly easy to make and just the kind of refreshing cocktail you need on a warm day.

Frozen pineapple daiquiri

pineapple (125 grams, approx)

ice cubes

oz white rum (45 milliliters)

lime juice

tbsp sugar

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass (that ideally has been pre-chilled).&nbsp;

Freeze your margarita base the night before to create slushy, restaurant-style frozen margaritas at home.

The Best Frozen Lime Margaritas Recipe

(1/2 cup; 120 milliliters) silver tequila (100% agave)

lime juice (5 tablespoons; 75 milliliters), from 4 to 5 limes

syrup

ice (about 3 cups)

At Least 8 Hours Before Serving: Combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and simple syrup in a sealable container that will fit in your freezer. Seal and place in freezer for at least 8 hours and up to 1 week (the mixture will remain completely liquid).

When you are ready to serve, add ice and tequila mixture to blender. Blend on highest setting, pulsing and scraping down sides as necessary, until completely smooth. Serve immediately.

These Sangria Slushies Couldn't Be Easier

This super easy vodka slushy recipe is made with a handful of ingredients in a matter of minutes.  With plenty of frozen raspberries and orange juice, it&#039;s refreshing, delicious and sure to be on rotation all summer long!

Vodka Slushy

raspberries ((about 16 ounces))

orange juice

vodka

Orange slices ((garnish, optional))

Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until combined. Divide slushy between four glasses and garnish (if desired) with an orange slice. Enjoy!Note: If you want things on the thicker side, use 1/2 cup of cold water. Add more if you want things looser or thinner.

Fabulous!  We didn’t do the rims, and didn’t follow exact measurements, just winged it.  My oh my, what a fabulous summer cocktail!

i love these and now keep bags of frozen watermelon in the freezer to make them up anytime in no time.

The recipe is good . I added a splash of fresh ginger juice to give more of a bite came out really great and if you use the triple decker that contains alcohol it’s even better . I rated it a 4 because I’m not big on fruity cocktails I’m a whiskey guy my wife enjoys fruity cocktails and as a chef I enjoy making new things for her we both get excited she love this drink and the little tweak I added to it I also let the watermelon freeze overnight so it didn’t fell to juice once hit the glass..

I'm going to try this out after I go to the store on Wednesday.

Keep It Cool With Frozen Watermelon Margaritas

Bloody Mary Pops from Delish.com is a perfect summer delight.

Bloody Mary Pops

tomato juice

Worcestershire sauce

pickle juice

hot sauce (such as Tabasco)

celery sticks,

c. flaky sea salt,

tsp. Old Bay seasoning,

Do you like your bloody marys super spicy?

In a large liquid measuring cup, whisk together tomato juice, vodka, Worcestershire sauce, pickle juice, hot sauce, and lime juice. Carefully pour mixture into popsicle molds, then insert a celery stick into each pop.

Instead of plain tomato juice try it with zing Zang bloody Mary mix. And celery salt makes it

Zing Zang bloody Mary mix
2 tbsp. Worstershire sauce
Pepper to taste(I love pepper so I put a whole lot)
1 tbsp. pickled asperagus  juice
2 tsp. hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
Juice of 1 lime
10 celery sticks, cut 5" in length
1/4 c. flaky sea salt, for garnish
I/3-1 cup Tito's vodka(depends on you)

Bloody Mary Pops Are Ridiculously Adorable

Tangy blackberries give these classic boozy ice lollies a fruity kick - a fun alternative to frozen cocktails

Cider & blackberry ice lollies

dry cider

lemon juice

apple juice

pack blackberries

tbsp Crème de Cassis

tbsp caster sugar

Put the blackberries, in a small pan with 2 tbsp caster sugar and 50ml water. Simmer gently for 10 mins until the blackberries have softened and collapsed. Pour through a sieve into a jug, pressing all the juices out of the berries with the back of a spoon. Stir in the cassis. Divide the blackberry syrup between the lolly moulds and put in the freezer.

Meanwhile, put the cider in a pan over a medium heat and bubble for 5-10 mins until the cider has reduced to 425ml. Add 2 tbsp caster sugar and stir to dissolve. Add the apple juice and lemon juice then stir and leave to cool. Once cooled pour into the lolly moulds leaving 1/2 cm at the top for the lollies to expand as they freeze. Return to the freezer for 1 hr until the mixture is solid enough to hold a lolly stick upright. Push each stick 3/4 of the way into the mixture and freeze for another 6-8 hrs until completely solid.

To unmould the lollies, dip the mould in hot water for 10 seconds and pull firmly on the lolly sticks to remove. Either serve immediately or wrap individually in baking parchment and store in the freezer in airtight freezer bags. The lollies are best served as soon as possible but they will keep in the freezer for up to 1 week.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and frothy. Drink immediately.
