Skip the sugary drinks and spice up your drinking habits with Strawberry flavored water - it&#039;s beautiful, refreshing, and made with three natural ingredients. This drink will help you stay hydrated, nourished, and restored throughout the summer.

Strawberry Flavored Water

Fresh Strawberries

Water

Mint leaves

Ice cubes

Rinse strawberries

Rinse strawberries thoroughly under cold running water.

Trim

Fill a pitcher

Slice strawberries into quarters. Combine berries and fresh mint sprigs in a pitcher. Fill the pitcher with water. 

Muddle strawberries

Using a spoon, muddle the strawberries a little to release the juices.

Cover and chill

Cover the pitcher with a lid and chill it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Remove

The following day, remove the pitcher from the fridge.

Drink away

Flavor waters with fresh fruits and herbs to create infused waters for a healthy, refreshing way to hydrate. 

Fruit-Infused Water

blackberries

mint (or about 10 mint leaves)

filtered water

lime (sliced)

lemon (sliced)

strawberries (hulled and sliced)

cucumber (sliced)

blueberries

orange (sliced)

Flavor

Place the fruit and/or herbs of your choice into a clean glass jar with a lid or a glass pitcher. Muddle (or break) up the fruit and herbs a bit with the back of a spoon to help release natural flavors.

Refrigerate

Cover with 4 cups of filtered water and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Enjoy within 48 hours for best results. Keeping in mind that after 24 hours, you may want to remove the fruit and herbs to prevent the water from becoming bitter.

This is my go-to refreshing drink after working in the garden all day! It's so refreshing and I always look forward to it.
