Stonyfield full fat plain yogurt

Place the raspberries in a bowl and slightly mash with a fork.

Top with sugar and set aside about 10 minutes to let the juices release from the berries.

Add the yogurt and stir together.

Divide the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds, or disposable small plastic cups. Insert the sticks and freeze until solid, at least 5 to 6 hours.

Healthy Homemade Fruit Popsicles

strawberries (pureed to 1 ½ cup)

peaches (peeled and sliced, pureed to 1 ½ cup)

honey (divided)

vanilla greek yogurt

watermelon slices (divided)

mint leaves

coconut water

lime juice

honey

lemon juice (plus zest from lemons)

blackberries

½ cup mixed berry Greek yogurt

mango (divided)

coconut milk

orange juice

In a blender, puree strawberries with four teaspoons honey then set aside. Clean blender, puree sliced peaches with two teaspoons of honey, set aside.

Layer the popsicles as follows; 2 teaspoons strawberry puree, 1 teaspoon yogurt, 2 teaspoons peach puree and repeat. Make a fruit puree your last layer.

Tap the mold on the counter to make sure all of the layers settle. Use a small spoon to drag vertically from the bottom to the top of the mold a few times to create a swirled pattern.

Gently tap the molds on the countertop to remove any air bubbles. Insert the popsicle sticks, and then freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

Peach Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

In a blender, puree 2 ½ cups diced watermelon pieces, mint leaves, coconut water, lime juice, and honey. Cut the remaining ½ cup watermelon slices into ¼-inch cubes.

Evenly divide the diced watermelon into the molds, tapping them down to the bottom.

Stir the popsicle mixture then evenly divide it among the popsicle molds.

Insert the popsicle sticks, if it does not stay in place use a piece of tape to hold them into place. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

Minty Watermelon Popsicles

In a medium-sized bowl whisk together lemon juice, zest, and vanilla yogurt, set aside.

Puree blackberries and mixed berry yogurt, set aside.

Layer the popsicles as follows; 1 tablespoon lemon, 1 tablespoon blackberry, repeat. Swirl layers if desired.

Puree 3 cups mango slices, 1 ½ cup coconut milk, orange juice, and honey.

Cut the remaining 1 cup mango slices into ¼-inch cubes. Evenly divide them among the popsicle molds.

Add 3 tablespoons of mango coconut mixture, gently tapping mold on the counter to make sure liquid fills in the diced mango spaces.

Add 1 tablespoon of coconut milk, or until the mold is filled. Insert the popsicle sticks and then freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.

How to Make Homemade Fruit Popsicles

These homemade lemonade popsicles are super refreshing.  With just three ingredients they are easy to make and perfect to cool off on a hot day.

Lemonade popsicles

lemons

(110 gramsms) white sugar

(500 milliliterss) water

Add the sugar and one cup of water to a small pot.  Heat on low, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.  Remove from heat.

Optional: microwave the whole lemons for about twenty second to help release the juice.  Be careful when cutting in case juice bursts out.

Juice the lemons.  You will need half a cup of juice.

Add the juice to the sugar and water mix and transfer to a heat proof container.

Top up water until total volume is about 2 and a half cups (600mls).

Pour into popsicle molds, add sticks and freeze for at least 8 hours, preferably a full day to ensure they are fully frozen.

Remove from molds and enjoy!

Tropical Fruit Popsicles (No Added Sugar)

At least 4-6 hours before you wish to enjoy your popsicles, add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth and frothy. Taste and adjust, adding more watermelon or coconut water for sweetness or more lime for brightness.

Add the mixture to a popsicle mold (we used this one) and add popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm — about 4-6 hours. To remove from molds, let thaw slightly by setting at room temperature for 10 minutes or dipping mold in warm/hot water to help loosen.

Popsicles will keep in the freezer for 1 month.

In a blender, blend frozen fruit with 2 teaspoons of honey. Repeat with each fruit, cleaning out the blender between to prevent colors mixing.

Using a spoon, add a layer of each fruit to the popsicle molds in the order of the colors of the rainbow: strawberries for red, mandarin oranges for orange, pineapple for yellow, kiwi for green, blueberries for blue, and grapes for purple.

Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, about 6-8 hours.

Watermelon popsicles are a healthy homemade snack, made with 4 simple ingredients and require only 10 minutes to prep. Bursting with peak-season watermelon, this recipe makes fresh-from-the-freezer fruit ice pops that are a deliciously cool, warm-weather treat.

Watermelon Popsicles

watermelon (cubed (about ½ a large watermelon))

tbsp agave nectar

tbsp white sugar

tbsp lime juice ((about one lime))

Place watermelon, agave nectar, granulated white sugar, lime juice, and lemon juice into a blender. Blend until everything is well pureed, about 2-3 minutes. I used the smoothie cycle on my blender twice.

Pour into your favorite popsicle molds and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until completely frozen.

Remove the popsicles from the molds immediately before serving and enjoy.

A healthy and refreshing cool treat, you will love these lightly sweetened pineapple coconut chia popsicles!

Pineapple Popsicles with Chia Seeds

coconut milk (full fat)

In a medium-sized bowl, add coconut milk, ½ cup of drained pineapple juice, and ½ cup crushed pineapple, whisk to combine.

Blend mixture for 30 seconds. You can skip this step if you like a chunkier pineapple texture.

Add 1 to 3 tablespoons of sweetener of your choice, depending on how you like your popsicles. Stir or blend for 15 seconds to combine. Transfer the coconut-pineapple mixture back to the medium-sized bowl.

Add ¼ cup chia seeds to the mixture. Stir until combined, and allow to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes. Stir to distribute the seeds (they should be thickening the mixture) and allow it to sit for another 15 minutes. Stir to combine one last time. The mixture should be like a thickened pudding.

Begin layering your popsicles as follows: Add 1 teaspoon of crushed pineapple, followed by 1 teaspoon chia mixture, then 1 teaspoon pineapple, 1 teaspoon chia mixture, 1 teaspoon pineapple, 2 teaspoons chia mixture, and 1 teaspoon pineapple as the last layer.

Gently tap each layer as you add them to allow the layers to settle evenly in the mold. You want the molds to be mostly full (about 95%), with just a small amount of room for expansion as it freezes. Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds, they should stand up by themselves.

Freeze for several hours until completely frozen.

To remove the popsicles from the molds, run hot water over the sides of each popsicle for about 15 to 30 seconds, or until the popsicles are just loosened.

Remove the popsicles from the mold and enjoy immediately, or tightly wrap them in plastic wrap and store in a resealable plastic bag in the freezer.

Made this last night and my husband and I have easily finished 4 of these! Reminds us a bit of piña colada sans the alcohol of course and plus the very healthy chia. So refreshingly delicious and good for your gut!
