Pour Fruit Punch ingredients into a large jug, punch bowl or, as I did, trifle dish!!

.Add the fruit in, stir gently (don&#x27;t agitate too much)

Serve immediately, using a ladle or mug to scoop and serve. To keep fizz alive for longer, best to make this just prior to serving.

Combine the orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice, and water and stir well.

Place the whole strawberries into a ring mold. Pour in enough fruit juice to fill the mold. Freeze. Refrigerate the remaining juice.

When ready to serve, pour the fruit juice into a punch bowl and add the soda. Float the strawberry ice ring in the punch.

Place watermelon pieces (and its juice) in a large serving bowl.

Mix milk and condensed milk in another bowl and add soda; stir. Pour the punch mixture over watermelon. Garnish with blueberries if using.

Cut passion fruit in half and scoop the seeds and pulp into a blender.  Add 2 of the cups of water and blend well, then pour through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher or punch bowl.

Add the remaining water and all the other ingredients to the pitcher or punch bowl and whisk until the sugar is dissolved.

Chill in the fridge until cold, then serve.

Soursop Juice Recipe, Two Ways - With Lime or Milk

large ripe soursop (remove all seeds)

lemon/lime juice

- 6 tbsp condensed milk (sweeten to taste)

tsp nutmeg (grated)

tsp Jamaican white rum ((optional))

Peel the soursop and remove the core.

Place the soursop pulp (the white fleshy part) into a large bowl.

(*Important*) Remember to remove ALL the soursop seeds before blending!

Add the soursop pulp to your blender (no more than ¾ full).

Add water to the blender to completely cover the pulp.

Use a large spoon to stir and loosen the mixture.

Blend on high until the pulp liquefies. If the blender is struggling, add some more water, stir and resume blending.

Pour the soursop juice into a large strainer seated over a bowl to strain the juice.

Use a large spoon to stir and press the juice through the strainer until all the juice has been extracted.

If any unblended soursop pulp remains, repeat the process of blending and straining the juice.

Choose whether you would like soursop juice with lime or milk, then use the relevant ingredients in the recipe above to flavour your juice.

Pour your finished soursop juice into a large jug, then cover and refrigerate it. This drink should be consumed within 3 days.
