This caffeine free tea is a lovely alternative to regular black tea or coffee, and has only a handful of ingredients. Perfect as a warming caffeine free breakfast drink or a mid-afternoon treat. It&#039;s vegan, gluten-free and a low histamine recipe.

Roughly chop your ginger, and slice off the rough skin. Add to a pan with the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and then steep the ginger on a very low simmer for 4-5 minutes.

In a sieve placed over a jug (easier than a bowl), press down on the pomegranate seeds to release the juices. If your pomegranate seeds aren&#039;t very juicy whizz in a blender for a few seconds. Discard the seeds in the sieve.

Pour the ginger water through the sieve into the jug with the pomegranate juice. Then pour into your glasses.

Lemonade

Tablespoon Watermelon Syrup

Edible Glitter (Rose Gold)

Watermelon Popping Pearls

Fructose sweetener

Combine lemonade, watermelon syrup, your choice of sweetener, and glitter into a cup. Mix until well combined.

Pour the glitter watermelon lemonade solution into a serving glass with ice.

Add watermelon popping pearls to taste.

Serve and enjoy!

Kiwi &amp; Guava Green Tea 

Green Tea

Tablespoons of Kiwi Syrup

Tablespoons of Guava Syrup

Place one green tea bag into 250ml boiled water and steep for less than 5 minutes (adjust steeping time depending on your preferences)

Add 1 tablespoon (15ml) of Kiwi syrup

Add 1 tablespoon (15ml) of Guava syrup

(Optional) Add 3-4 teaspoons of sugar or desired sweetener to your desired sweetness. We recommend around 3 teaspoons of sugar.

Stir until dissolved

Place half a glass of ice into a cup

Optional: Pour in the cooked tapioca pearls or topping of your choice.

Pour in the Kiwi &amp;amp; Guava Green Tea solution and you&#39;re done!

Pineapple are incredible sweet&amp;nbsp;and fruity, tasting something like a&amp;nbsp;crossover between&amp;nbsp;a citrus and an apple.

Tablespoon Pineapple Syrup

Place one green or black tea bag in 250 ml of hot water. Steep for 1-5 minutes (adjust steeping time depending on your preferences- our tea bags are strong!!) and then remove the tea bag.

Stir in the Pineapple syrup and then add sugar or desired sweetener to your desired sweetness. We recommend around 3 teaspoons of sugar.

Stir till dissolved

Place half a glass of ice into a cup.

Pour in the Grape Fruit Tea solution and you&#39;re done!

This orange peel tea is an addictingly fresh, tasty &amp; fragrant drink. Using dry or fresh orange peels, we transform a humble ingredient into a ray of sunshine in a cup!

Zesty Orange Peel Tea - Fresh or Dried Peel

Juice the Orange. Cut the orange in half. Squeeze out all the juice using your hands or a citrus squeezer.

Prepare the Orange Peels. Cut each half of the juiced orange into 2-3 pieces. Remove as much of the white pith as possible and discard any remaining flesh. Then cut each piece of peel into many small strips.

Add Ingredients. Add water, orange peels, and spices to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer.

Steep the Tea. Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10 minutes. Then set aside and let cool.

Add Orange Juice. Add the orange juice you squeezed earlier and stir to combine.

Strain. Pour the tea through a strainer into a mug. Enjoy warm or cold with ice cubes.

Decorate. If desired, decorate with orange slices, a sprinkle of orange zest, and some spices on top (cinnamon stick, cloves, star anise, etc).
