Mexican 7 Layer Dip is an easy dip to make for parties. Layers Tex-Mex flavors come together in to make a simple cold dip to serve with tortilla chips.

Mexican 7 Layer Dip

Refried beans

Taco seasoning

Guacamole

Sour cream

Cheese (shredded)

Tomatoes (diced)

Black olives (sliced)

onions

In a bowl combine the refried beans and taco seasoning. Stir until smooth.

Spread the refried beans in the bottom of a 13” x 9 “ casserole dish.

Top with a layer of guacamole.

Spread a layer of sour cream over the guacamole.

Add a layer of cheese over the sour cream.

Next a layer of fresh tomatoes.

Top with black olives and green onions.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

5-Ingredient Football Dip

beef

taco seasoning (or 1 packet)

(8 oz) cream cheese,

cheddar cheese, grated

Tortilla chips,

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain fat, if needed. Sprinkle in taco seasoning and let cook 1-2 minutes.

In the bottom of a pie dish or baking dish, spread out the cream cheese in an even layer.

Pour the salsa over the top. Spread ground beef over the top evenly, followed by the cheese.

Cover dish with foil and bake until layers are heated through and cheese is bubbly, about 15 minutes.

If desired, remove foil and broil for 2 minutes or so to brown cheese. Enjoy!
