So Delicious Organic Almond Milk

½ TBS chocolate protein powder

½ -1 TBS unsweetened cocoa powder*

peanut butter

½ banana (frozen)

spinach (frozen (or the greens of your choice)**)

Add ingredients to the container of your Vitamix or other high-powered blender in order listed.

Turn blender on low and slowly increase to high speed.

Blend until smooth (about 50-60 seconds).

Pour into glass and ENJOY!

Thanks to Simply Whisked for a great tasting smoothie. It called for 3-cups of unsweetened yogurt* I used 1 Chobani Lime yogurt and 1 Chobani Honey yogurt which were only 5 oz.= 2/3 cup. I goofed on my end and printed off, to make this for 3 servings, not 1 serving. So, don't click on the numbered X's unless you need to double or triple the recipe. Like I did. But it turned out great with 1 extra cup of yogurt- "Very creamy"! I made this at 4:40 P.M. 2-5-21

I did not like this smoothie. I did everything it asked for but it my opinion it just wasn't good. The tart cherry was very strong.

Made the Sleep Well Smoothie using  1 cup of Sleepy Time Tea to make up for not having the cherry juice. I allowed the tea to cool a bit. It was so warm and soothing and satisfying. I will definitely be making this again.

I loved the taste!  I woke up as many times during the night, but my sleep was deeper. I didn’t use the spinach as I had already had my greens earlier.

I usually drink tea or golden milk before bed but I definitely want to give this a try.

Chocolate cherry smoothies are my favorite!  In addition to ingredients listed I always add 1/2 beet and sometime pomegranate arils.  I also use red kale to keep with the “red” theme.  Love adding spices to all the smoothies.  Ceylon cinnamon is my go to but sometimes I add  cardamon, cayenne, nutmeg, or turmeric.

This is so good. I am so surprised the sweetness even without anything added to it. It is in my top 5 favorite green smoothies. I pre froze this in a quart size ziplock bag. I used super greens: kale, spinach and chard. I added in a tbs of hemp seeds and another cup of almond milk due to everything being frozen. Taste like a frozen chocolate milk. My husband only likes 1 tbs of cocoa and go for 2. I have this premade for the week and I go through this smoothie first before my other ones. Thank you for helping me eat more greens

I froze all the ingredients and only used about 1/4c cashew milk.  The consistency was perfect by my standards. I used strawberries that we picked from a farm. I was surprised that I didn't really detect the banana. Next time, I will add leafy greens.
