This quick and flavorful stir fry comes together in a flash and is wonderful served with steamed white rice.

Ground Pork Stir Fry With Tofu

tbsp neutral cooking oil

garlic (minced (about 1 tbsp minced garlic))

tsp grated ginger

soy sauce

tofu

tbsp chili sauce

tbsp bean paste (can also use hoisin sauce)

tbsp sesame oil

scallions (sliced)

sesame seeds

Ground Pork Stir Fry with Tofu

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat, then add the pork. Brown the pork for 5-7 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked and no longer pink.

Add the garlic and ginger to the pan and stir it around for 60 seconds, until it starts to smell very aromatic.

Deglaze the pan with the soy sauce, and scrape any brown bits off the bottom of the pan.

Add the tofu, chili sauce, and bean paste to the pan, and cook for another 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Turn the heat off, then add the sesame oil, scallions, and sesame seeds. Serve hot with rice. Enjoy!

Preheat the oven to 400ºF. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the pork loin on a parchment lined baking sheet or in a large casserole dish with the fat cap facing up. Begin packing the brown sugar and spice mixture all over the surface of the pork loin (no need to get the bottom). The moisture from the pork loin should help the sugar mixture stick to the surface.

Transfer the pork loin to the oven. Roast at 400ºF for ten minutes, then reduce the heat to 350ºF and continue to roast for about 15 minutes per pound of roast, or until the internal temperature reaches 145ºF. Always use a meat thermometer just to be sure.

After roasting, let the pork loin rest for 10 minutes before slicing into ½-inch thick slices and serving.

In a 10-inch pan over medium high heat, add oil. To the hot oil, add minced ginger and garlic and let them sizzle for 2-3 seconds. Add the ground pork. Mix well and brown the meat, breaking up all the clumps. You want some crispy parts, but mainly you want to cook the pork well.

While the meat cooks, chop up the green onions and cilantro. Mix them in a bowl and set aside.

After about 8 minutes when the meat is almost done, push the meat to the sides to create a small space in the middle. Add the sliced green and red chilis.

Pour in soy sauce, sesame oil, the sambal olek if using and stir well.

Turn off the stove and let the pork rest uncovered for 3-4 minutes to cool a little.

Stir in the chopped green onions and cilantro. Sprinkle the lemon juice and stir well.

Separate the butter lettuce leaves and allow your diners to serve themselves some of the spicy pork mixture into each butter lettuce, leaf. Or skip the lettuce and just eat the meat—good either way.

Keto Ground Pork Stir Fry Vegetables

Nam Sod is a vibrant and freshly flavored pork (or turkey) salad drenched with a lime, ginger, and chili dressing. Light, filling, and flavorful!

Make the dressing first to allow the flavors time to blend. In a small bowl combine the fresh lime juice, fish sauce, fresh grated ginger, and chili garlic sauce. Stir to combine, taste, and adjust the fish sauce, chili garlic sauce, or ginger to your liking. The dressing should be very potent.

Add the ground pork to a large non-stick skillet along with 1/2 Tbsp canola oil and one minced clove of garlic. Cook the pork over medium heat, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks, until it is cooked through (about five minutes). Drain off any excess fat and allow the pork to cool a few minutes, or until it is no longer hot.

While the pork is cooking, peel and shred the carrot using a large holed cheese grater or mandolin. Slice the red onion into very thin strips. Pull the cilantro leaves from the stems.

Transfer the cooled pork to a bowl, add the prepared dressing, and stir to combine. Add the shredded carrot, sliced red onion, cilantro, and peanuts. Stir to combine again. Serve the salad over a bed of cooked rice, shredded greens, or fill large lettuce leaves with the mixture for lettuce wraps.

These delicious homemade pork egg rolls are so much easier to make then you think! So much better than any take out egg roll you've ever tried!

Pork Egg Rolls

Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and brown the pork until all the pink is gone. Drain any drippings from the pan if needed, then add the coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage. Add the salt and cook for 5-7 minutes until the cabbage wilts.

Add the soy sauce, teriyaki glaze, hoisin sauce, pepper, sesame oil, ginger paste and garlic to the filling. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

Fill a large pot halfway with oil and set over medium heat. The oil will need to be at 350 degrees to start frying the egg rolls.

While the oil is heating up, wrap the egg rolls by placing a wrapper in a diamond shape on a board. Place about 1/4 cup of the filling in the center of the wrapper in a line going across, leaving space along the edges (refer to the pictures in the post for a step by step guide).

Fold the outside corners of the wrapper over the center of the filling and then bring the bottom corner up and over to roll the egg roll. Tuck in the filling and make sure the sides stay inside as you roll so that the filling doesn&#8217;t leak out when you go to fry the egg rolls. Use egg wash to seal the edge of the egg roll and place on the board seam side down. Repeat with the rest of the wrappers until you have 12 egg rolls.

When the oil reaches 350 degrees, fry a few egg rolls at a time until golden brown. This should take about 3-4 minutes, but it will depend on if your oil is at the right temperature and how crowded you pot is. Once they are brown, they are done. remove them from the oil, draining as much as possible and place them on a paper towel lined plate to drain while you make the rest of the egg rolls.

The egg rolls can be kept in a 250 degree warm oven until ready to serve.

Add the onion and peppers to the skillet with the meat. Cook for 5 minutes until the onion and peppers have softened, then add the garlic and cook 1 minute longer. Season the mixture with the salt, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Pour in the beef broth, stir and simmer until the broth almost evaporates. Stir in the tomato paste and then add the marinara sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water. Bring to a simmer and then cook for 5 minutes, just to warm the filling through.

Add a portion (about 1 heaping cup) of the sloppy joe mixture to the bottom of a bun while it&#8217;s still warm and then top with a slice of mozzarella cheese. The heat from the sloppy joes will melt the cheese but if you want the cheese melted more, just microwave the bottom half of the sandwich for about 15 seconds before serving. Place the top bun on the sandwich and serve.

Prepare the sauce by whisking together the apricot preserves, dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and water. Set the sauce aside.

Heat a large skillet with 2 Tbsp of olive oil over medium high heat. While the skillet is heating, remove the pork chops from their package and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.

Once the skillet is very hot but not smoking (the oil should look wavy on the surface), add the chops to the skillet. Over crowding the skillet will cause the heat to drop and prevent searing so cook the chops in batches of two. Cook on each side until browned (about 5 minutes each side). NOTE: The chops will stick to the pan initially, but they will naturally be released from the surface when a “sear” has been achieved. If the chop is still sticking to the pan that means it is not ready to flip yet.

When the chops finish searing, remove them to a clean plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Once all of the chops have cooked, reduce the heat to medium-low and pour the apricot sauce into the skillet. Using a whisk, stir and cook the sauce for 1-2 minutes. The whisk will help the pan drippings release from the bottom of the pan and flavor the sauce. This is called “deglazing.”

Either serve the pork chops with the sauce spooned over top or add the chops back to the warm skillet to coat with sauce. I spooned the sauce over top for presentation’s sake but in the future I’ll probably add them to the pan to completely coat with the yummy sauce!

Step 1
