Red Chilli Flakes (or to taste)

Make 4 pieces of each cheese slice and keep on a plate.

Apply butter to pav/white rolls and roast them on medium heat (inner side down) till golden brown.

Flip them over and place cheese pieces and cook for another minute. Then keep aside.

Add butter, onions, green chillies, salt and mix well.

Break 2 eggs and sprinkle salt, onions, red chilli flakes, cheddar cheese and cilantro.

Cover and cook on low heat till egg white is just done.

Remove the lid, loosen edges and place the eggs on pav/white rolls.

Egg white should be completely cooked and egg yolk should be runny.

If you do not prefer runny yolk, cook eggs a bit longer till yolk is completely cooked.

This is the best chicken omelette! So easy to make and filled with healthy delicious ingredients like tomatoes and spinach it comes together in just minutes.

Chicken Omelette

eggs

tbsp coconut oil oil

chicken

tbsp tomato, chopped

tbsp mozzarella cheese

spinach

sea salt

black pepper

In a small bowl, whisk the eggs together until they are smooth.

Place a large pan on the stove on low heat and add the coconut oil. Once the coconut oil is melted, pour the eggs into the pan. Sprinkle the eggs with salt and pepper and let the eggs cook for a few minutes until the edges are starting to brown.

Add the chicken, cheese, tomato and spinach to half of the omelette and allow it to cook for a few more minutes.

Using a spatula, fold the omelette in half and cook for a few more minutes, until the omelette is golden and cooked through.

This low calorie omelette recipe has everything you love about this brunch staple; light and fluffy eggs, and plenty of fresh vegetables, but with fewer calories and fat! It&#039;s healthy, delicious and perfectly spiced!

Tbsp low fat organic milk (note: to make this Paleo, omit the milk)

Sprinkle of salt (to taste)

Sprinkle of black pepper (to taste)

tsp extra virgin olive oil

brown mustard seeds

turmeric

green onions (finely chopped)

plum tomato

bell pepper

baby spinach (optional)

Combine salt, pepper, eggs and milk in a small bowl. Stir with a whisk until just blended (do not overbeat).

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mustard seeds and turmeric; cook 30 seconds or until seeds pop, stirring frequently. Add onions; cook 30 seconds or until soft, stirring frequently. Add tomato, bell pepper and spinach; cook 1 minute or until very soft, stirring frequently.

Lower heat to medium. Pour egg mixture into pan; spread evenly. Cook until edges begin to set (about 2 minutes). Slide front edge of spatula between edge of omelet and pan. Gently lift edge of omelet, tilting pan to allow some uncooked egg mixture to come in contact with pan. Repeat procedure on the opposite edge.

Continue cooking until center is just set (about 2 minutes). Loosen omelet with a spatula, and fold in half. Carefully slide omelet onto a plate. Enjoy!
