A simple, healthy Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie made with almond milk, frozen berries and yogurt. Delicious, low calorie, and so fast and easy! Kids love it too.

Strawberry Blueberry Smoothie

almond milk

strawberries (about 10 medium/large berries)

blueberries

vanilla Greek yogurt

cinnamon

Place all of the ingredients in a high powered blender in the order listed: almond milk, strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.

If you’d like a thinner smoothie, splash in a bit more milk. For a thicker smoothie, add a few handfuls of ice. Enjoy immediately, or place in an airtight jar and refrigerate for a few hours.

This easy Kale Smoothie is prepared with bananas, kale, kiwi, milk and honey. It&#039;s surprisingly delicious and SO good for you!

Green Kale Smoothie

kale leaves, (washed)

milk

honey, (or to taste)

Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender.

Blend on full strength until thoroughly incorporated, creamy, and smooth. If you want a thicker smoothie, blend in more ice cubes. For a thinner smoothie, blend in more milk.

Pour into glasses and serve.

If using a regular blender, first blend the milk and kale leaves until completely incorporated and smooth. Then, add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until creamy.

This Peanut Butter &amp; Banana Smoothie is my go to healthy breakfast that takes just a few minutes to throw together and tastes like ice cream :D

WOW!   just made this recipe and asked hubby if he wanted dessert before dinner tonight - of course there was NO delay in answering.   This p'nut butter banana smoothie was fantastic!   I am imagining other things to add some day - like blueberries, strawberries - or maybe a little coconut and I will totally try the cauliflower.    Tonight I didn't have the Greek yogurt (vanilla) so I used an Activia strawberry yogurt.   Very good.  THANKS!
