My favorite Benihana dipping sauce is this Hibachi Ginger Sauce! It&#039;s meant for your seafood dishes, but is absolutely divine with hibachi style steak, chicken, vegetables and more!!

Hibachi Ginger Sauce

onion ((1/2 a medium onion))

Tbsp ginger ((fresh, peeled, then thin sliced or grated))

lemon

soy sauce

vinegar

Chop onion, peel, and either thinly slice or grate ginger. Zest the lemon and squeeze into a food processor blender bowl or cup.

Add soy sauce and vinegar, then combine until smooth.

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir or shake before serving.

Japanese steakhouse ginger sauce for dipping meat, vegetables, or eating with fried rice. Tastes just like the ginger sauce you eat at Japanese restaurants. Just 5 ingredients and done in under 5 minutes!

Chop onion into small pieces and mince ginger root if not already done so. In a food processor, blend ingredients until smooth. Serve with steak, chicken, seafood, vegetables, or rice.

Ginger Sauce has a fantastic umami flavor that pairs well with meat, vegetables, and rice. Use this dressing to stir fry, dip, or mariate!

lemon (zest and juice (3-4 tbsp))

white vinegar

Process all ingredients until smooth in blender or food processor.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed - add a 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar (optional).

Makes about 2 1/2 cups. Store in an air-tight container for up to 7 days.

Great as a marinade, use in rice dishes or as a dip for grilled shrimp, meat and steamed vegetables.
