I made these for our Christmas party amongst other treats, and these were the biggest hit. Super simple and super good. They taste like Reese Peanut Butter cups :)

This was a huge hit at our Thanksgiving get together. I did substitute the maple syrup with vanilla because that was what I had on hand. And I did dip them in dark chocolate. I've made several batches since then, they are in the freezer and ready to go for our work potluck and for Christmas.

I had made them last chriChris and those were so perfect and taste was amazing. LokkiLo forward to make them again this year. I have gotten so many compliments. Thanks for wonderful chriChris recipe.

Just made these over the weekend - they were SO good. The inside was a bit crumbly though - any tips on what to do to fix that?

I have made these more then once. Make sure that you get either packets of the hot cocoa that are 0.73 oz or weigh out of a larger packet. These are super yummy but do not have much of the 'hot cocoa' flavor.

These Pudding Shots Are Ridiculously Good

This White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge is made with sweetened condensed milk and dried cranberries! It's a super easy &amp; quick dessert with Christmas colors!

Easy White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

(24 ounces) white chocolate chips

sweetened condensed milk

tsp vanilla extract

oz (1 1/4 cups) dried cranberries

salt

Sparkling sugar sprinkles

Line a 9&#215;9 square pan with parchment paper that covers the sides of the pan.

2. Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a large bowl and microwave for one minute. Stir well to combine and allow the heat to melt the chocolate chips. If needed, microwave for another 30 seconds or so, until the chocolate is completely smooth.

3. Stir in the vanilla extract, dried cranberries and salt, then quickly transfer the mixture to the lined pan and spread evenly.

4. Top the fudge with some sparkling sugar sprinkles, if you&#8217;d like to include them, and press them down into the top of the fudge.

5. Let the fudge cool completely to room temperature before cutting into squares. You could also refrigerate it until it&#8217;s cool.

6. Cut the fudge and store in an air tight container. Fudge can be stored at either room temperature or the fridge.

I made this last year for the first time, got rave reviews. So going to do it again. A great recipe for fall/Christmas.

Just did a trial run for the holidays.  My family are sugar snobs/beasts.  That being said I followed  the recipe exact, I wanted more of a christmas look, so I added a bunch of chopped pistachios.  PERFECTION!

I tried this recipe.! Super easy to put together. I halved the recipe since I didn’t want a huge batch and it worked fine.! I find white chocolate very sweet + condensed milk (ummm sweeeet), however the dried cranberries do add a certain bit of tartness.. I added chopped pistachios just to add to the christmas color! It set beautifully in the fridge. I chopped the finished fudge into smaller pieces so it’s easy to deal with the sweetness! All in all I think it’s a good fudge recipe for someone with a sweet tooth!

A Perfect Cinnamon Pie Recipe for the holidays with a creamy spiced filling and golden crust!

Cinnamon Pie Recipe

cream cheese, (softened)

brown sugar, (packed)

eggs (+ 1 egg yolk)

heavy cream

all-purpose flour

cinnamon

vanilla extract

nutmeg

pie crust, (homemade

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Roll and fit a pie crust into a  standard 9 inch pie dish. Crimp the edges and place the pie crust in the refrigerator.

Place the cream cheese and brown sugar in the bowl of an  electric mixer. Beat on high until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes. Scrape the bowl with a spatula, then beat in the eggs. Scrape the bowl again, then set the mixer on low and mix in cream, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and nutmeg until very smooth.

Pour the cinnamon filling into the prepared pie pan. Bake for 35 minutes, until the center seems set when jiggled, but not totally firm. Bake another 5 minutes if needed. Cool completely. Cover and chill.

Take out of the refrigerator 1 hour before serving. Dust the top of the pie with powdered sugar. Cut and serve with whipped cream if desired.

Layered Peppermint Fudge - 3 decadent layers of dark chocolate, white chocolate, and peppermint fudge. A holiday treat that tastes like a dream!

Layered Peppermint Fudge

sweetened condensed milk (14-ounce cans)

chocolate chips

white almond bark (about 34 ounces)

peppermint extract

red food coloring

red band peppermint sticks

Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper (or foil) and coat the paper with nonstick cooking spray. Place a large Swiss Diamond non-stick saucepan over medium-low heat. Pour one can of sweetened condensed milk into the pot and add the chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate has melted into the sweetened condensed milk. Then pour the mixture into the prepared baking sheet. (If you use darker chocolate, the mixture will turn into a thicker paste that must be spread into the dish, not poured.)

Rinse the pot out with water and dry with a paper towel, then set back over the heat. Pour another can of sweetened condensed milk into the pot. Add 3 cups of chopped white almond bark, 1 teaspoon peppermint extract, and 1-3 drops of red food coloring. Stir until the almond bark melts. Then pour the peppermint layer over the chocolate.

Rinse the pot out with water again and dry with a paper towel, then set back over the heat one last time. Pour the last can of sweetened condensed milk into the pot. Add 3 cups of chopped white almond bark and stir until the almond bark melts. Then pour the white chocolate layer over the peppermint layer.

Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill until firm, 1-2 hours. Then lift the fudge out of the pan by the edges of the paper. Cut into squares. Keep in an airtight container until ready to serve.

Set up a double boiler by placing a medium heatproof bowl over a small pot of simmering water. Add chocolate chips and heavy cream and stir until melted.&nbsp;

Turn off heat and stir in Baileys and salt. Refrigerate until chocolate mixture is firm enough to roll into balls, about 1 hour.&nbsp;

In a medium heatproof bowl, microwave white chocolate and coconut oil together in 20-second intervals until melted.

Using a small cookie scoop, roll chocolate into 1-inch balls then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Using a fork, dip each truffle into white chocolate, turning to coat. Place back on baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.&nbsp;

Terrible recipe. The semisweet chocolate was still liquid after an hour in the fridge and when left longer was impossible to shape. Once it was dipped into the white chocolate it immediately began to melt and discolour the white chocolate. I'm honestly mad at the ingredients I wasted trying to follow this impossible recipe.

I have made these a few times, they are amazing! A definite crowd pleaser.

Line a small 9 x 13-inch sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.

Using the edible markers, make a snowman face on 9 small marshmallows. Plan where you will be placing the snowman so they will be easy to cut equally later.

Have your pretzels cut and ready because once the chocolate hardens they won’t stick.

Pour the chocolate into a medium microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring the chocolate every 30 seconds to help avoid seizing.

Lay Ritz crackers in a single layer on prepared sheet pan and set aside.

Melt butter and brown sugar in a small pot over the stove on medium low heat. Stir often until melted. Once melted and bubbling, allow to bubble for 3-4 minutes until thickened and resembles a dark caramel color. Keep an eye on the heat as it can burn easily.

Pour hot toffee mixture evenly over Ritz crackers. Use a small spatula to spread over each cracker. This sets up fast so work quickly. Place in the oven for 5-minutes. Turn off the oven and remove the pan.

While the crackers and toffee are hot, sprinkle the top evenly with the chocolate and peanut butter chips. Allow to sit for 5-minutes. You can also pop this back in the warm oven that’s been turned off for 2-3 minutes to help melt the chips faster.

Once the chips are soft, use a small knife or spatula to spread evenly over the crackers. Top with chopped pecans and allow to sit at room temperature for 30-minutes. Place in the fridge or freezer to harden. Once it’s firm, remove the foil and break into large or small pieces. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat.

Heat oven to 400℉ and line a large sheet pan (11×17) with foil and spray generously with non-stick cooking spray, making sure to get around the edges.
