These honey garlic chicken wings are sweet, sticky and loaded with garlic flavor.

Honey Garlic Wings (Oven Baked)

chicken wings

flour

salt & pepper

olive oil

honey

soy sauce

garlic

ginger (finely diced)

chili flakes

water

corn starch

Preheat oven to 425°F. Dab wings with paper towels until completely dry.

Toss wings with flour, salt and pepper.&nbsp;Remove any excess flour and brush with olive oil (or use an olive oil spray).

Line a pan with foil and then place parchment paper on top (you may need 2 pans) and bake 35 minutes turning at 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a small pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened and sauce coats the back of a spoon.

Take wings from oven, toss with sauce and return to the oven for 10 minutes, turning after 5 minutes.

Allow to cool 10 minutes. As the sauce cools, it thickens. Stir the wings every few minutes to coat in the sauce as it thickens.

Sticky honey garlic wings are incredibly delicious and an excellent appetizer for absolutely any event or party! They have a mouthwatering, sweet taste that will keep you snacking all night long!

Sticky Honey Garlic Wings

Tablespoons Baking Powder

Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar

garlic (minced)

cornstarch

sesame seeds and chopped green onions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray. Add the wings to a medium-sized bowl or ziplock bag and toss with the baking powder.

Place them on an even layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 45-50 minutes turning once until crispy.

In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, whisk add the honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and garlic.  In a small bowl whisk the water and cornstarch and pour into the sauce.

Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Whisk the sauce until it starts to thicken ad coats the back of a spoon.

In a large bowl add the wings and toss in the sauce until they are coated.

Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
