Strawberry Lemonade Punch Recipe

strawberry lemonade drink mix prepared according to the label instructions.

blueberries

lemon; sliced

lime; sliced

mint leaves

Add the strawberries, blueberries, slice lemons and limes...

Add the strawberries, blueberries, slice lemons and limes to the infuser pitcher.

Then add the ice.

Slowly add the prepared strawberry lemonade drink mix...

Slowly add the prepared strawberry lemonade drink mix and refrigerate for at least one to two hours. The longer it sits, the more flavorful the punch will be. 

Garnish with fresh mint leaves when ready to...

5 Easy Fruit-Infused Water Recipes

english cucumber

watermelon cubes (seedless)

basil leaves

(4 cups) cold or room temperature water

cherries

lime (seeds removed, with peel)

blackberries

orange (with peel)

ginger (peeled)

strawberries (halved)

lemon (seeds removed, with peel)

Add the fruit, spices, and/or herbs to the bottom of a sealable bottle or 1 quart mason jar.

Pour in cold water.

Stir to mix well.

Let the water get infused at room temperature for 1-2 hours or refrigerated for about 3-4 hours before drinking it.  (Infusing for up to 8 hours will make it pretty strong, if you prefer that.)

If you didn’t get to drinking your water within 12 hours, I recommend removing the fruit at that point and storing without the fruit so the flavor doesn’t become too powerful and overwhelming.  Then, you could store it in the fridge for a couple days that way.

Cucumber Mint Infused Water

1/3 cup roughly 6-8 thick slices english cucumber
1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
1 quart cold or room temperature water

Watermelon Basil Infused Water

1/3 cup watermelon cubes seedless
4-6 basil leaves
1 quart (4 cups) cold or room temperature water

Cherry Lime Infused Water

1/4 cup cherries pitted and sliced in half
4 slices lime seeds removed, with peel
1 quart (4 cups) cold or room temperature water

Blackberry Orange & Ginger Infused Water

6-8 blackberries
3-4 slices orange with peel
4-5 slices ginger peeled
1 quart (4 cups) cold or room temperature water

Strawberry Lemon Infused Water

4-5 strawberries halved
4-5 slices lemon seeds removed, with peel
1 quart (4 cups) cold or room temperature water

5 Easy Infused Water Recipes To Make Water Not Suck | A Sweet Pea Chef

Learn the easy way to make a homemade electrolyte drink that you can turn into a refreshing sports drink or an elegant spa water.

How to Make Electrolyte Powder and Electrolyte Drinks, Sports Drinks, and Spa Water

Salt

tsp Potassium Chloride powder

tsp Magnesium glycinate powder

tsp Electrolyte powder

Filtered water (32 ounces equals 4 cups.)

Basic Electrolyte Drink

Mix the salt, potassium, and magnesium together, and store the mixture in an airtight jar.

This powder is shelf-stable and should stay fresh based on the expiration dates of the potassium and the magnesium.

Instructions for Making Electrolyte Powder

Mix 1/2 teaspoon of the electrolyte powder with 32 ounces of water.

You can consume this drink as is, or you can add additional ingredients to make a sports drink or spa water. (See below.)

If you are not ready to consume your electrolyte drink, store your drink in the refrigerator in an airtight bottle.  Your refrigerated drink will stay fresh for 3-5 days.

Instructions for Making a Basic Electrolyte Drink

Mix 32 ounces of the Basic Electrolyte Drink with 1/4 cup of juice.  See &quot;Recipe Notes&quot; below for suggestions, but you can use any type of juice.

If you are not ready to consume your sports drink, store your drink in the refrigerator in an airtight bottle.  Your refrigerated drink will stay fresh for 3-5 days.

Instructions for Making a Sports Drink

Fill a 32-ounce jar with 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of fresh fruit, vegetables, and/or herbs and spices. (See the video for the fruit and vegetables that I use for my spa water.)

Fill the jar to rim with your Basic Electrolyte Drink and cap the jar tightly.

Place the jar in your refrigerator and allow it to steep for 4-12 hours.  The longer the steep time, the more intense the flavor.

Spa water is best consumed after steeping. However, you can strain out the fruit, veggies, herbs, and/or spices and store the strained drink in your refrigerator in an airtight jar.  Your refrigerated drink will stay fresh for 3-5 days.
