This Jack Frost Winter Cocktail recipe is so festive, pretty, and delicious! It tastes like a piña colada, but Blue Curacao and sweet shredded coconut give it that fun wintery look. A perfect holiday drink that takes only minutes to whip up!

Jack Frost Winter Cocktail

corn syrup (, for rimming glasses)

sweetened coconut flakes (,

pineapple juice

Blue Curacao liquor

light rum

cream of coconut

Pour a thin layer of corn syrup onto a shallow plate. Place coconut flakes on another shallow plate. Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in the corn syrup and then in the coconut flakes. Set aside.

In a blender, add the ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, rum, and cream of coconut. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into the glasses and serve immediately.

Vodka, pineapple juice, blue curacao and cream of coconut create the most delicious, beautiful and festive holiday cocktail!

In a blender, blend ice, pineapple juice, blue curacao, vodka and cream of coconut until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

One of my favorite holiday drinks! I’ve made it both ways - in the blender with ice, and in the shaker. Both are fabulous!

Yummy! We used half the amount of cream of coconut because this drink is already very sweet. The glass rimmed with corn syrup and coconut is awesome.

Just had these tonight, my wife made 2 and she sipped one but I downed them both (after she saw how much I liked mine she gave me hers). I couldn't resist, got a nice buzz.
