Morning coffee is a staple for most people, which means that this Keto Coffee Creamer is also a staple. With just 5 ingredients and less than 1 net carb per serving, our keto creamer is super easy and a must-have in your fridge.

Keto Coffee Creamer (9 Flavors)

heavy cream

almond milk

water

monk fruit

vanilla extract

hazelnut extract

½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tsp coconut extract

raspberry extract

½ tsp pumpkin pie spice

almond extract

¼ – ½ tsp peppermint extract

cinnamon

In a small saucepan add the sweetener and the water, then stir together. 

Place the saucepan on the stove and set it to medium-low heat, constantly stirring. Do not bring to a boil. Let simmer until the sweetener is completely dissolved and is translucent. 

Remove from the heat. Add the heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk, and vanilla. Whisk until it’s all combined. 

Let the creamer cool to room temperature. 

Pour the creamer into a mason jar or any other container with a lid. 

Leave that sugary, carb-filled creamer at the grocery store and make your own! There are ZERO net carbs in each serving of this amazing and sweet low-carb coffee creamer.

Combine all of the ingredients for the base recipe into a jar, place the lid on and shake until well combined.

Easy Keto Coffee Creamer Recipe

heavy whipping cream ((or full fat coconut milk))

Swerve allulose

Swerve Confectioners

vanilla bean (optional)

collagen protein powder

hemp milk (or almond milk)

tsp vanilla extract

Combine the cream and sweeteners in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to medium low. Simmer 15 minutes, then remove from heat.

Split open the vanilla bean, if using, and scrape out the seeds. Add the seeds and the pod to the pan and cover. Let steep 20 minutes, then remove the pod.

Whisk in the collagen, hemp milk, and vanilla extract. Taste and whisk in more sweetener if desired.

Let cool completely. Then transfer to a glass jar and store in the fridge for up to a week. Shake before using.

This creamer recipe is a game changer! I am a coffee lover and one of my biggest struggles with a keto lifestyle is I can’t use my favorite hazelnut coffee creamer. I just made a batch of this without any added flavors than the tsp of vanilla and it so good just like that!  There is no weird artificial aftertaste and it is FAR better than any compliant creamer you could purchase!   I did order some hazelnut extract but couldn’t wait until it arrives before I whipped this up.  Can’t wait to try the hazelnut version and the pumpkin spice version as well.
