Sugar Free Condensed Milk - 3 Ingredients - Keto & Low Carb

fl oz Heavy Cream

Swerve (You acn use plain Erythritol or other natural sweeteners blends.)

oz Butter (unsalted)

Place all ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat.

Bring to the boil, whilst whisking, then drop to a simmer.

Simmer the ingredients for 30 minutes or until reduced by 3.5fl oz/100ml.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a heatproof container and cool in the fridge. The mixture will thicken up as it cools.

How To Make Sugar Free Condensed Milk

Cup Butter

Cup Heavy Cream

Cup Sweetener

Xanthan Gum - optional

Vanilla Extract

Sugar-Free Condensed Milk Ingredients needed

Melt Butter

Start melting the butter in your saucepan over medium heat. To prevent the butter from burning, cooking on medium heat is best while watching butter at all times. 

Sugar &amp; Heavy Cream

Switch the heat entirely and immediately add your sugar sweetener and mix. Add your heavy cream.

Whisk

Whisk all together. Make sure all sugar melts and incorporates into heavy cream and butter.

Xanthan

Pinch by pinch, add your Xanthan Gum, and whisk in between thoroughly, making sure Xanthan gum is fully incorporated.

Cook

Switch the heat on and start cooking. Let it cook for approximately 5 minutes until you have a smooth consistency. Once you are happy with the consistency - it will thicken as it cools - switch the heat off.

Add a few drops of Vanilla Extract, whisk again, and pour into a Mason Jar or any bottle with the lid.

Keto Condensed Milk

Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and pour the heavy cream. Bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat and add the butter and powdered sweetener.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, constantly stirring, until the mixture reduces by half and looks thicker.

Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Transfer to a jar container and store in the refrigerator.

Sugar Free Condensed Milk

powdered sugar-free sweetener

heavy whipping cream or ultra-filtered whole milk

Bring to a boil

Add butter, sweetener and milk or cream to a heavy bottom saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring occasionally. 

Simmer until thickened

Reduce heat to low and simmer the mixture for 25-30 minutes or until the mixture has thickened and can coat the back of a spoon. 

Refrigerate

Remove from the heat and pour into a storage container or mason jar. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes before transferring the keto condensed milk to the refrigerator to cool for 2 hours. Mixture will thicken as it cools. If mixture appears chunky, strain through a wire mesh first.

This Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk is thick, sweet, and creamy, with the perfect hint of vanilla.

Keto Sweetened Condensed Milk

Add all of the ingredients, except the vanilla extract to a medium saucepan.  Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until thickened and reduced by almost half.  

Mine took exactly 28 minutes.  Be sure to stir often and don't walk away from it.  The mixture will thicken further as it cools.

Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla extract .  Allow to come to room temperature, then store in the fridge for 5-7 days.  When you are ready to use it in a recipe that calls for Sweetened Condensed Milk, pop in the microwave for 6-8 seconds and it will loosen up perfectly! Or add a tiny bit of hot water and stir!
