Chimichurri Sauce Recipe - Authentic "Full Flavored" Argentinian & Uruguayan Original

parsley

garlic

red chilis (seeds removed (optional))

oregano leaves

red wine vinegar

olive oil

salt

tsp pepper ((to taste))

Cut the chilis down the middle and deseed them.

Finely chop the chili, parsley, and oregano

Crush the garlic cloves

Add to a bowl along with the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper

Mix well with a spoon

Set aside for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve or place in an airtight jar in the fridge.

3 cloves of Garlic
1 small Red Chili, seeds removed
1 cup of Parsley
2 tablespoons of Oregano, fresh
2 tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
½ cup of Olive Oil
½ – 1 teaspoon of Salt
1/2 – 1 teaspoon of cracked Black Pepper
